Worst customer service ever. I had walked in during my lunch break to try to find an outfit for a wedding I was attending and as I walked in, usually there is at least one person who greets people. YeahâŚthereâs no such thing as greeting at Windsor. I was looking for a dress I had seen online but didnât see it, so I went to search for an employee to ask if they had it in store she said no and to check other locations online. I think she couldâve been a bit more helpful on helping me search for alternative dresses or even helping me check if the dress was only available online. I also tried to enter the fitting rooms and it was jam packed and no employee was there to guide people to rooms or anything. Very unorganized. So I returned the next day to hopefully find something and once again no greeting as well as nobody asking me if I needing help finding anything. I saw a dress I liked but it was too far to reach so I asked a lady who I assume was a manager or at least a higher level employee for help and she said âhuhâ after I said excuse me. Then the same girl I asked help from the previous day asked what she can help me with as if the âmanagerâ couldnât help me. I appreciated her help after I asked, but I donât think I shouldâve received a âhuhâ whether she was a manager or not.    Read moreMy daughter came down from Flagstaff and purchased a dress for my granddaughter at the Arrowhead location. She ended up getting a medium because she asked if they had it in small and they told her they didn't have any smalls. They were headed back to Flagstaff so I took the dress back to the tanger outlet this morning. I could not exchange the dress for a different dress but I could exchange it for the same one, per their return policy. They didn't have the dress so the clerk called the arrowhead store and they had it in small. I went to arrowhead and was greeted by a very rude staff member. I will never go back to this location. The return policy should be reviewed because I was willing to exchange the dress for a more expensive one and was told I could only get the same dress. The dress was purchased late afternoon on Sunday and I was back at 10 Monday when they opened. Clearly the dress was not worn. I get there are a lot of dishonest people in this world that would return a dress after wearing it but not all people should be clumped into this category and this policy does just that. I found a white dress in the store, but it had makeup stains all over it and it was the only one left. If you know anything about stains, you know makeup on white fabric is very difficult to remove, especially after sitting for a while. I asked if any other locations had the dress, but was told this was the only store with stock. Since I needed the dress urgently for an event, I asked if they could offer a discount, as the dress was $40 with obvious stains. The worker said she could only offer a 10% discount, adding that since it was a "damaged" item, it would be final sale. I was surprised by her lack of concern about the condition of the dress and the dismissive attitude. There was also no clear signage about damaged items being final sale. A 10% discount barely covered the sales tax, which is unreasonable for a dress in that condition. I was not willing to spend $40 on something stained and non-returnable.
