Still under 90 day warranty, I took it back to only be told that one or several of the six gears may be broken/jammed and it would cost 14.99 each gear repair or 36.00 to open it up for an evaluation. Horrible experience! I should have listened to my gut after reading the reviews! They “serviced” my sewing machine. Soon after, my embroidery stopped working (not their fault) so I took it back in. In the process of determining the problem, they lost the attachments to my machine. They agreed to replace them... but they replaced them with the wrong parts (I even gave them a printout of the correct parts).
