⚠️ CAUTION⚠️ Don't bother coming here or bringing your loved ones here to get yours or their nails done. As a mother to be, I brought my mom, mom in law, and sisters to this place for an early Mother's day gift. Like the other reviews state, they have poor customer service (read until the end), they hike up their prices when they feel like it, and don't honor appointment times especially for groups.
Have an appointment time? They make you wait for their services while they prioritize walk-ins.
Adding a person to your party? Don't bother. Especially if you're the party host who is paying the bill and looking to add yourself for a quick manicure, they will make you wait while they take care of other people that walked in after you without an appointment time (just to make more money).
How much do they actually charge? They don't have set prices and charge you more for their rude and unprofessional service. Even if you asked what service you would like and given a price chart, they still charge you extra and hide the price chart they originally showed you. At the register they won't even give you a bill showing the total cost break down. My party was only supposed to pay $120 according to their price chart they showed us plus we should have been discounted for the mistreatment, long wait time to be worked on, and terrible service. Instead they charged $150.
Special offers/discounts? Not this place. They will charge you more for it just being the day before a holiday. They will even claim the higher price is because you came on a holiday. Most nail salons I and my family have been to offer group discounts, holiday specials, and great customer service to keep their customers coming and leaving happy.
Customer service? If you're not happy with their services, they will argue with you to pay full price plus extra. They will literally hold you hostage until you pay their price for services you and your party were 100% unsatisfied with. They will even call the cops only for the cops to tell the owner/manager they are wrong for mistreating the paying customers.
Getting a manicure? Don't bother. When they know they screwed up on your nails, they will cover their childish paint job with glitter and make it look worst than it already was. They will carelessly wipe your nails when they're still wet with a towel leaving lint on your nails. You will have cracks, smudges, thick uneven nail polish layers, and bumps on your nails. They don't even apply nail polish to the entire nail.
Getting a pedicure? Don't bother. They will leave you waiting in cold water long enough to get wrinkly feet, while they take care of walk-ins. When they do come back to you they will burn your feet with hot water instead of checking the temperature.
Getting cuticles and dead skin removed? Don't bother. They will leave you with cuts and tears all over.
Making a group appointment time with your family or friends? Don't bother. They will only take care of one person from your party at a time while they take care of multiple walk-ins. If you walk back and forth to check on each of your party members, they will rudely stare and complain. Also, if you have a group appointment time, they might take one person in your party early, but the rest of your group will wait until their unprofessional techs feel like offering a seat and working on their nails. And if your group members are seated they will make each of your party members wait to be serviced while they...
Read moreThis was my first visit to this nail salon for a manicure. I made an appointment, and service was timely. My Manicurist was Ki who was so unprofessional there isn't even a word to describe her. Not only did she fail the first rule of customer service, which is to introduce oneself, she then spent more time looking at her cell phone and reading her messages than looking at my nails while she was working on them. I seriously thought she was reading directions on how to do a manicure.
Unfortunately, her lack of care and service is what shows in the end. I had long healthy natural nails going in, and even though I showed her very specifically what length to shorten them to, I left with nothing more than nubs; jagged ones at that! I also specifically told her I wanted them the same shape; semi-rounded, not square. Well, I guess she doesn't know the difference. My jagged nubs are square, which makes sense because she cut and filed them so short, there was nothing left to round. The so-called massage was a joke, maybe 30 seconds on one hand, and 18 on the other. Because of this unprofessional, unskilled, careless and rude employee, I would give this business negative stars if it was an option.
I did inform the girl at the front desk who took my money (full price by the way), had her feel the jagged nubs, and look at the length. She agreed this was poor quality. She stated she would inform the owner because this is not the quality they want to be portrayed. No offer to have someone fix it; probably because there is no way to fix it other than time to allow them to grow again. No offer of a refund or discount, but there was an apology, which I will try and remember as I smooth out the jagged nubs and wait for them to grow out so I can get them back to the length and shape they were before this nightmare.
Overall the salon was clean and tidy, but files were previously used and it is unknown whether required sanitizing is up to code. I've been to other salons where they actually open a sealed package of sterilized tools in front of you and they were less money than what I spent at this place.
Obviously, I would never return to this salon, nor would I recommend the place to...
Read moreThis place is kind of up and down. There’s no real set price for anything, sometimes I pay $70, sometimes $90. I liked going here and would go every three weeks, I recommended friends here. I went a month and a half ago and really didn’t like my service. I get the gel x names, they grew out within like a week and a half. I went back to get a new set, ready to just blow it off as a bad day. But the service I got this last time, I won’t go back. I asked before my manicurist started off she could do the design because I had another option, and she said she could multiple times. The lady didn’t paint my full nail, like the sides and bottoms just weren’t painted. The design didn’t look the same at all. When I told her my nails weren’t all the way painted, she said they were and kept fighting with me. I’m pretty sure she used dirty besides on me too because I had something all over my hands and nails and that’s never happened to me there before. These pictures are right after I...
