Marshalls — Local services in Glendora

I would have made it a zero but we need to start with 1. Went today to return shoes bought at West Covina store because they were hurting me at the test trial wear at home, never wore them out. Price tag still intact on bottom of shoes; but because the bottom of the shoes were dirty, they came like that, the associate number 1012, turned around and asked a lady, that was chatting with another worker, about the shoes, a supervisor or assistant manager. She denied the return because of the bottom of the shoes. She said it was store policy they couldn’t return and to go back to West Covina store to see if they would refund. I literally wiped them down with a wipe, looked brand new. Super sad to see the work etiquette/values that these people have. Called customer service, reported it; went to West Covina store, no...

TLDR: First visit. Clean, organized, well stocked. The nicest Marshalls I've ever seen.

This store, located at the southwest corner of Foothill and Grand, has everything best about Marshalls, but in a neat and organized layout. Nothing is just thrown or jammed on racks or shelves.

There's plenty of merchandise and a great variety of styles and options.

We particularly like the houseware and kitchen sections of these discount stores, and here you can find decent quality items but definitely decorative items (we're picky).

How can I say this-I LOVE this store! Just stop in and I guarantee you will find more great buys than you could hope for! Seriously, re do your wardrobe in a shopping trip or just find those few standout pieces to take your closet to the next level! Oh, and they always have beautifully handbags and too many shoes and boots to choose at shockingly low prices! Plus, you can always find brand name cosmetics and products at a total steal!
