Red Lantern Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Glendora

I come here at least once or twice a week to Red Lantern Chinese cuisine And every time I order the same dish or is chicken with fried rice The flavors are wonderful But!!!! My complaint is about the chicken As I mentioned, I come here to this restaurant once or twice a week for myself in my client., The orange chicken has wonderful But I have to wonder and think to myself is this really chicken?!!!!

I cook I make chicken all the time But the chicken from the red lantern, which is the orange chicken Is always a little tough and chewy The texture of the chicken should not be tough and chewy.. This is my complaint I certainly hope that it’s actually chicken and not something else If you know what I mean😕🤔 As I mentioned, I’ve been coming here for sometime 3 to 4 months to Be exact And I always order the same Just to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Why is the orange chicken tough and chewy?…… This is why I give them one star I am actually eating it right now as I’m posting

In town visiting my husband’s grandparents thought we would have Chinese food for dinner. Bad Idea we should’ve known by us walking in and being the only people in the restaurant. we ordered sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken I couldn’t help but wonder if it was actually chicken if you know what I mean… 😬 the “chicken” was super tough and chewy it did not break up in your mouth. We finish up eating as I choked a few pieces down before I couldn’t eat it anymore Then to top it off as I’m waiting for my husband to come back from using the restroom. I see a grey cat walking inside the restaurant! And another cat in the kitchen after the lady walked our plates to the back! Now I’m really wondering what we actually ate for dinner… 🤮😬 I pointed out the cat and the waiter acted like it was normal “oh we feed the cats the back door is open so they can come inside “ this is far from normal and so against health code stray cats with possible diseases in a restaurant! I’m beyond disgusted would give them a 0 start...

We chose this restaurant based on its online reviews (with a 4.7 rating), so our expectations were high. However, our dining experience left much to be desired. We had to wait for 20 minutes to receive our bill because it kept being forgotten.
