Very friendly staff. Service with smile. I've been here several times mostly for their drinks. So far I've tried their green teas, oolong teas, milk teas, Thai milk teas, sweet house coffees, mochi donuts, and their pistachio shake. Everything good so far. I like how you can customize your drinks down to the sweetness level, flavors, and toppings. Sometimes they even ask you to try it before go to see if you like everything or need to change it. Most of the time it does take a while for them to make your drinks. There have been a few times where they got our orders wrong but no big deal. Also sometimes the sweetness varies with how they make them. The mochi donuts are interesting. I tried them out and they are a bit expensive. They taste good but nothing special in my opinion. They look fancy though. I'm not a big donut fan anyway so my opinion on them doesn't have much weight. I like their green teas a lot, these are really good. Same with the milk teas and sweet house coffees. The oolong teas are good too but have a little bitterness to them. I tried the pistachio shake and while it was good, they described it as having real ice cream in it but mine was more of a milk drink with lots of crushed ice. It was good but a bit let down when you're expecting an ice cream shake. I go here often...

I must say, the boba teas are really good. My sister, who is quite picky, was pleased to find a mocha frappe on the menu. She enjoyed it with added boba. I opted for a Vietnamese coffee frappe with boba and found it delightful. We also tried the mochi donuts, which were delicious and perfectly chewy. The atmosphere is clean and fresh, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I can definitely see myself coming here to study, grab a snack, and enjoy a boba tea. I'll certainly be returning for all...

They offer variety of drink, sweet and snacks.
The place can be a good place for hangout and work. They have type C outlet available too.
I ordered Fresh Fruity Tea which is awesome. Instead of chewing boba, I chewed fresh fruit like mango, dragon fruit. Love it very much.
For milk tea with boba, taste is kind of strong in tea compared to other boba place. Taste is not...
