ZERO STARS My family and I arrived at this location at approx. 6:20, we were well aware that they closed at 6:30, but we knew what we were looking for and where to look...we weren't necessarily going to "shop". Anyways, my family (myself, my husband, and our 2 sons) walked in the door and the cashier yells rudely at us "we just closed, we're closed, we're closing in 5 minutes"...so my family and I are confused and looking at each other, because we had just seen a white lady and her son walk in before us and not a word was said. We exited the store and got in the car, but prior to us leaving, another car pulled up. A white lady and her daughter exited the vehicle, so we sat there and waited to see if she was going to say anything to them and/or allow them to shop. Well low and behold, they were allowed to shop. We exited our car and went back into the store. Oddly, nothing was said to us this time about closing. I was disgusted and tbh, I was embarrassed...this was blatant racism!!! I'm sure the customers standing in line were just as...
Read moreWent in here at 5:50. 1 of the workers said really rude, even my kid thought she was rude, said "y'all have 30 minutes to do your shopping and all." Found a dress I loved being I live 1 hour away. It was 6:05. I was going to try it on, and she said we close in 25 minutes. Rooms are closed. It would have took 5 minutes or less to try it on. If y'all close at 6:30, then why don't you do what y'all say. She was rude with my husband when we first walked in. He had to use restroom really quick. She said, "I guess but we just cleaned them." They were not clean. She said "if you want that dress, you have 7 days to return it." Lady i live over an hour away. I just don't come thru Tulsa every week. You lost a sale and probably a new faithful customer, but we won't be back. I will take my business else where to another Goodwill location or a Salvation Army. We took our business to McDonald's. We were sat down in the restaurant...
Read moreThe employees there are very friendly there are some great people there who do a great job. But prices have gone up a great deal since i started going there. I suspect resellers have at least some part in this happening but not all of it. I saw a previous post from Goodwill that said their donors expect them to get value for what is GIVEN to them for free. I donate as much as i buy if not more so and as a donor i do not expect them to charge almost new prices for something i gave them used and for free. Please do not speak for me as a donor when you charge 10 dollars for a pair of jeans i can buy new for 12 dollars. I have seen dollar tree items there for 2.00 more than a few times That being said if you like thrift store shopping this one is clean and pretty well organized and the...
