The worst part about this place is when you go in they make you feel excited about getting a new floor only to take a week longer then they say just to come up with an outrageous price on thier estimates. Poor customer service and they make you feel like you are the little man in the room. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here unless you want to be ripped off. On top of this there is a review from over 3 years ago stating that someone had the exact same experience as I did and with the same exact salesman. Terrible Post Sales Service - have wood flooring that was purchased through David at Carpet One in 2014. Floors are coming unglued and buckling, as well as gaps, so I contacted David who said he would check on availability of the flooring, as well as send list of installers to contact to fix the issues.
