If you decide to use this consignment shop beware! They will sell your stuff, lie and say nothing sold and pocket the money. I took 10 formal dresses there at the same time, so since they didn't sell I was gonna take them somewhere else; I could only find 3 dresses out of the 10 I took there for consignment. The owner said since it was pass my 60 days they were donated, so I asked how was some of the dresses donated, but others were not as they were all brought for consignment at the same time. She said they donate by color...REALLY THAT DOES NOT EVEN MAKE SENSE! I thought the contract was very sketchy in the first place, I should have listen to my own intuition! It's sad that people are like this! Just recently I made a post on FB Marketplace to see if someone had bought any of the dresses from this consignment shop--I truly thought it was a loss, but surprisingly someone responded and they had bought one of the dresses to go on a cruise for $30. I plan on taking this further with the BBB and FTC. If they are doing this to me, I can only imagine how many others they have done this to, read all the reviews because I didn't and I wish I had because this is happened alot at this consignment shop!

If anyone bought any formal dresses from this place from March until now please message me as I plan on taking further action. Places like this should not be able to...

The selection of clothes was fair, a bit pricey though. Shoes with the fabric rubbed of toes was common for all the dressier pairs. The supervisor I would suspect considering she was the only one going near the register, was cold and quite unprofessional, took a ten minute phone call, which is when I finally saw the index card taped to the counter CASH ONLY, not posted anywhere else. Oh she has an atm inside, it’s going to charge you twice to debit unless you have a credit union account and I’m not sure that was exempt. I did go and get my cash and went back to get the things I had chosen, and it still was let’s just say complicated to get out the door, she’s not going to rush nor is she going to make sure she’s attentive by the order in which you came. Just ugh! Like I need to say I won’t be back. I can put up with the Mickey Mouse mess but being over charged to be under appreciated isn’t how I prefer to spend my money! 60$ paid for my education on new 2 u consignment. I asked what cost so much, might should’ve waited until I got my receipt bc she was so honest after telling me yellow tags weren’t as high a percentage off, and I did have one but if so why keep my receipt...

Nice people, just not a great place to consign stuff if you 1) leaving town or 2) have a lot of things. Really felt like I just donated everything. Here was my experience. I bought in my 21 Hess truck collect in mid October 2018. Came back a week later and only 5 were left. The said the sold 10 for $20 and the owner was planning on buying the other 6. Those sold so well I bought in more stuff. I should have known something was odd when they didn't give me any receipts for what I dropped off. I was moving out of town and at end of October I ask to pick up my cash from what had already sold. They said book keeping can take 3 weeks. So it would be mailed out. We call all though November and was told "someone else handles that" and I would be called back. Didn't get calls, finally someone just said they only mail check in January and June. So I call back at beginning of February 2019. They said they just mailed it but didn't know how much. Well 2 wees laser...
