Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Goldsboro

If I could give negative stars I would!!! My coworker went to get us ice cream. I got a caramel sundae, she got a milkshake. The cashier refused to give her lids put the sundae in another cup! It is over 80 degrees outside and she is 8 months pregnant, ice cream is all over her car, her clothes and our office floor! By the time she got back to work with it (less than a mile away) half of the sundae is gone! This is the rudest and most inconsiderate service I have ever seen!

EDIT!!!! I called to speak with a manager and she called us liars claiming she pulled up the cameras. We will NEVER go there again!!

EDIT#2 Now someone claiming to be the GM calls me back and states she pulled up the cameras and tells me my coworker had lids on both items. In response I ask " So my 8 month pregnant coworker must have taken the lids off and POURED ice cream all over herself and car?" This woman said "I guess so"!!!!!!! We are DONE with...

Only gave this place one star so I can leave a review. It’s the last day of school so I decided I was going treat my kids to some ice cream. So me and my children walk in. It a family sitting inside eating ice cream. We approach the counter and not even acknowledge. It’s one guy working hard running the drive thru. It’s another guy see us and walk to counter and as we get closer he walks away. So the manager comes around the corner didn’t even look our way. So the guy who is drive thru is working hard. The guy who approached the counter proceeded to act as if he was busy trying to fix something. So ten minutes later my son say out loud are they going help us. We proceeded to stand there. Nobody ever turned around to help us. So we walk...

We use to come here all the time when I was little. It was an awesome place. I'm not sure what has happened over the years but it really needs work. We got in the drive through like, waited our turn which was a very long wait. Got to the speaker. Card machine was down. No signs or anything was posted so we literally had to continue to wait until we finally managed to get through the line and back out of the drive through. Couldn't hardly understand the associate. Orders have been wrong. Please fix this...
