Not sure who they had cooking today, but they need to be retrained. The loaded tots were so over heated, the cheese was hard as a rock and all the tots stuck in it. The bacon bits also were like little pebbles. The jalapenos we just thrown on top and cold. Worst I've ever had.

I'm not even going to rate this. (Edit: I guess you have to select a star.)

Both times I have been here, I get a sub that tastes like they opened up a bag of beef jerky and put it on a bun. The Prime Rib has the texture of leather.

I got a bowl of chili the last time I visited and what I got was a bowl of broth and some crackers.

I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was ice cold. The gentleman who was making my sandwich didn't seem interested in doing it properly & the girl who was checking me out was too busy talking to her friend to talk to me while I was paying.

Very doubtful I'll return to this location...
