Bad experience, Dropped my fiancées engagement ring off on November 1st, 2024 to get sized down, when we dropped the ring off I told the woman up front that the ring had an engraving that read “I love you” which the woman acknowledged and told us she had already made a note about the engraving on our ticket, so fast forward to us picking the ring up on November 15th, My fiancée went inside to get it and she was told they couldn’t keep the engraving when they sized it down, They didn’t attempt to contact us to let us know they couldn’t keep the engraving or at the least tell us when we dropped it off that it was a possibility that they couldn’t keep the engraving, I was given no explanation over the phone other than “It was to small to keep” and “we did everything we could” If you have an heirloom with an engraving be sure to not take it here because they will get rid of it and tell you when go pick it up, Just to be clear my frustration isn’t that the engraving could not be kept but the fact that we didn’t receive a call to tell us anything until we went to pick it up. The original price was $122 to get it sized down and I was charged $66 instead which was REFUNDED back to me after I called to let them know I shouldn’t have been charged anything

First, I want to say that Debbie and Jim are some of the most genuine, down to earth people I’ve ever met. Recently I decided to look for an engagement ring, and thank God my Aunt (a customer of theirs for 20+ years), pointed me in their direction!

I had a unique and blessed circumstance of being the heir to my late Grandmother’s jewelry, and wanted it valued to help offset the cost of the ring. After meeting Debbie and Jim, I knew these were the right folks to take care of me, and I felt more than comfortable leaving her jewelry with them to get it valued. Jim looked over each piece carefully, and I know there’s no way a big brand named jeweler would have valued them like he did.

To say my ring was the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen is an understatement, they absolutely blew my socks off on the quality of it! Even without the credited value, it was almost half the cost of a lesser quality ring at a big name store, because they don’t mark their items up! Not to mention the turn-around from ordering it to walking out the door with my engagement ring was like 2 weeks! It will make you sick to realize how much the big name stores are ripping people off.

I absolutely love the Tanzanite ring that you designed for me . It is a real " knuckle duster" and shines brilliantly. The eight small stones are set in two rows with beautiful gold high crowns. I am so impressed with the craftsmanship and creativity of your design for this ring. It matches my engagement and wedding bands. Now both hands have a beautiful symmetry.
