Your Private Collection Art Gallery — Attraction in Granbury

I am from Calif. but I discovered this gem of a gallery (the only gallery I've found in the square) about 8 years ago and it has become my "must stop" when in Granbury. It may be small, but it is mighty in the diverse and beautiful pieces they carry. You have local artists as well as world-renowned artists in one place. This gallery has become my go to place for my personal collection (not a fan of the mass produced art) and especially gifts. I can buy friends and the ones I love original pieces and not spend a fortune. Over the past 4 years I have actually commissioned a different artist each year to create my family's Christmas present. These have become family favorites (the tears are a dead give away) because each one is personal and meaningful and can be handed down. Stacey and her staff have been so incredibly kind by helping me find the right artist that will bring my visions of love and family to life. Recently my office commissioned Stacey to do a piece for my boss who retired after 35 years. It was beyond what we could have envisioned and my boss was deeply moved. I have walked out after spending over a $1000, and have walked out after spending $25, and regardless of the price, I walk out with something special, meaningful, a piece that an artist has poured their creativity and love into, and I am blessed to be a recipient of their hard work. Four years ago I was blessed with a new job. Becoming the manger of Your Private Collection Art Gallery has brought so much happiness to my life that I am not sure if words could ever come close to expressing how I feel about this gallery. We have become a strong and loving family. The owners, clients, and artists, along with first time visitors continue to create beautiful memories. I have been shopping in this art gallery for over 16 years. It has always carried artists that have such unique art. It doesn't matter what your looking for in art, wood work, metal, multi kinds of paintings , glass, jewelry, etc. I have yet to walk into this gallery and not discover something new and exciting. They are able to answer any questions that I may have about the artists. If the artist doesn't have exactly what I want, they contact them and see if its available.
