Nice little park, I am always pleased to visit a city where they care about their people and creating interesting places for them to enjoy the simple things, like going for a walk. This park has a trail leading for over a mile starting at the city hall, and continuing green area with small areas for people to exercise, children to play, and dogs to run. There are interesting things to see along the way, like fountains and bridges, too. Maintenance on the area is not the best, but I also know there was some road construction going on at the time we visited, so that may have affected it. I would be happier if there were a few more amenities, there are no public restrooms along the route I walked, and that was a pretty fair distance. Catfish, Largemouth, 3 species of sunfish including bluegill, longear sunfish, and green sunfish, and speculated there's crappie and white bass.
The park for visitors who don't wish to fish is pleasant in its own regard as well. Many holiday lights making a great walking scene and it's nearby the town square which often hosts many events with vendors.
Great little nook here in Granbury and definitely worth checking out.

Amenities include a long concrete walking trail, various benches, picnic tables, gorgeous fountains, little bridges, and a winding creek throughout.
