Abysmal customer service and zero emotional intelligence. We have been sporadically shopping here for years (typically whenever we are in the Granby area for a doctor's appointment) but never again after today's unfortunate encounter. I was browsing and invited my mother to come in and join me - I wanted to show her a mirror I was considering purchasing. She walked up and commented on the three beautiful Collies that were visible inside the store from the rear loading entrance. The woman working there, a blonde in her mid-30s, noticed that my mother was also carrying her 6 pound miniature pinscher in her coat. She responded that her dogs were service animals and my mom volunteered that hers is as well, an emotional support dog.This woman then asked my mother to produce documentation - for a six pound dog that never would have left my mother's arms. She regularly brings this dog into all varieties of establishments, including grocery stores, and has never received any complaint as the dog always remains in her arms and is completely silent and bothers no one. The staff member was so incredibly rude, and doubled down, saying that we "have to be considerate of other people who may have fears or allergies." Fears of a six pound dog that remains held the entire time. It was beyond ridiculous and they have lost us as customers. Don't go here unless you want to be intimately acquainted with a real-time embodiment of the "Karen"...

The store is great so many different little rooms with good brands and products even makeup. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the customer service. So I went to go pay for my item and I didn’t have cash on me so I asked if I can use my debit card and you would of thought I was asking for something crazy ! She said I would prefer you not and next time don’t do it !! It’s weird because most places don’t want you paying with cash because of the virus. I just felt like she was rude about it and wouldn’t go back for that reason. I work in retail and wouldn’t treat customers like that. I ended up paying in cash thank goodness because I wouldn’t want to get...

THE WORST!!!! DONT SHOP HERE!! HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! Older lady is awful!!! She had already told me they were closing in 5 minutes but as I am trying to organize the items in my hand, while I'm standing right next to the check out counter she tells me with as much attitude as she can muster "we are closing... like now" so I put my stuff and the counter and walked out . Her response? "Fine" she sounded almost relieved that she didn't have to ring up my purchase. Absolutely horrible. I live in town and used to stop by every month or so. That's over now.
