Bridal Knight / Suit Castle — Local services in Grand Haven

My husband and I were married on May 8, 2015 and we used Bridal Knight for our groomsmen. Our bridal party had such a great experience with Bridal Knight's tuxedo rental services and I would recommend them (and all ready have) to all other brides in the West MI area.

From the beginning of our time working with Jenica and Ryan, everything was extremely timely and organized. They were very quick at returning phone calls and emails. Their concept of a "mobile" company is very innovative, unique and helpful! A majority of our groomsmen live out of town and some out of state but they were so willing to work with each member of our bridal party in getting measurements taken prior to the wedding and making last minute alterations the night before the wedding. They pay great attention to detail which really helped to ease some of the apprehension that I had, at first.They assured me that everything would come together and delivered a beautiful product. We were extremely happy with the fit of every single suit!

I was referred to this company by an old coworker. Ryan and his wife (I can’t remember her name) are very kind people, and the customer service they have is out of this world amazing. They offer a trailer that comes out to measure your guys, and they offer that again to have final fittings. Only thing is it costs a good amount of money, which is understandable, but I live in Saranac and last minute things are hard when it’s an hour drive to grand haven. Not to mention paying for a wedding in general is super expensive and we honestly didn’t have the extra money to have them come out again. I also don’t remember being told about shipping until after the guys paid for their suits, which would have made things a lot easier on all of us. The vendors that Bridal Knight uses are kind of off though, which is not Ryan’s fault at all, but it did frustrate a few of my guys to have the problems they did. Not only is Ryan professional, responsive, attentive and genuine he also provides a mobile service where he comes to you. Bridal Knights extensive selection of quality suits is very affordable; and honestly would pay more just for the service they provide. What other business will come to you? The whole experience was stress free and seamless where their mobile trailer came to us and provided fittings for all the groomsman, dropped off the suits the day before the wedding, at the venue, where they fine tuned the fit and then picked up the suits the next day!
