Nike and Polo Ralph Lauren are the stores I came to complain about. Nike is not selling any quality merchandise that you would actually want to buy anymore. Their merchandise has definitely been watered down. And they said they reason for this is because the watered down merchandise is due to the demographic in the area. The watered down merchandise sells to the demographic in the area.
Nike used to be good 3 years ago but I think theyโve changed a lot because people were stealing so bad from them. I remember when they were only allowing 10 people in at a time to shop. Thatโs how bad the stealing was. Itโs sad when you canโt have anything good in your community. Also you canโt shop comfortably without several employees standing in the same shopping area as you asking you questions and asking if you need help over and over again. And I do me the same employees have popped up at the clothing section and then will follow you to the shoes section. Dude if you gotta do all that get Off duty Police to work there.
Ralph Lauren is no longer doing outlet prices like they used too. They are charging the prices that are on the website, almost never having sales anymore. The average shirt in there now is $185; 3 years ago that same shirt would have probably been $90-$110. Also if youโre a person of color, they will definitely make sure that you know that youโre being watched. I had an employee literally stare at me the entire time I was shopping. When I went to a section to shop an employee would literally come stand nearly next to me and start folding clothes that didnโt need folding. Itโs really an insult to me when my profession is a Police Officer. It just goes to show , the color of your skin is judged 1st before...
ย ย ย Read moreI have to say I was very disappointed the last time I went to this mall. I had one purpose and that was to go to Bath & Body Works. My husband took me to the area in which we thought it was the closest to park to get to the store and dropped me off (I have been ill and could not walk a long distance). I looked at the map and saw I was actually on the other side of where I needed to be, but according to the map, I could go through the Food Court to get there. What I didnโt know, because it was NOT on the map, was the Food Court was closed and being re-constructed to be a new store. If it hadnโt been that I discovered on my own the bathrooms go all the way from one side to the other, I would have had to go all the way around the shops to the other side of the mall.
It would have been very easy for the mall to pace an โUnder Constructionโ notice over the Food Court to prevent this from...
ย ย ย Read moreThere are mainly only clothing shops here and nothing else. A few jewelry stores, perfume, sunglass, and kitchen stores but no good electronic places (other than one niche specialty audio store that's way overpriced for the quality), book or toy stores for younger crowds. This severely limits your shopping ability if your hoping to make one stop, say for Christmas shopping, or birthdays, etc. Also the food court is horrible, with several places that have been shut down by the county for failed health inspections only to reopen several months later. Other, more quality places, have come and gone just bc of low foot traffic failing to keep them open, so all that have survived is the bottom of the barrel restaurants. You would be lucky to not get sick from eating at these places, trust me, I have and...
