Had A disappointing experience today unfortunately. Wanted to buy my daughter a watch similar to my MK watches we picked one out after about 20 minutes with Betsy. Got in a very long line and waited about 20m. I asked Betsy if they would size the watch upon purchase today and she said yes. I get to the checkout with Lexi and she puts the watch in the box I ask to get it sized she says only M-Th...I tell her I was told by Betsy they would size. She said Betsy is new and we told her not to tell people that. I said well I canât but it if we canât suze it so she called for the next person in line. I was so disappointed I used to work in retail. Your customers are everything! You should treat each customer like they are your only one. I asked for her name and the corporate number she told me I could not have her ID. I asked her name on the way out to another associate who I assume was the manager as she asked if she could help me with a question I told her the situation she said âI can size if for youâ I asked if I had to get back in line...she stated I would. I couldnât believe how unappreciated for my business that I felt. I have 2 watches, coats, handbags..... I left and went to Kayâs and bought a Coach watch that was more expensive but I left feeling satisfied with my experience and my purchase. Funny thing was there were 3 couples at the diamond counter that hadnât been helped and she still took the time to size my watch and show me rings that I wasnât even going to purchase. You lost a customer. But apparently that doesnât matter judging by how youâve trained your reps....
   Read moreWent there today to get my watch re-sized because it was still to big or at least try...and apparently they didn't have anyone that knew how, but the day I bought it which was a Saturday (a weekend duh) I got it re-sized by some guy and guess what! That same guy was there today, so I told the lady there that AND then she still wants to say that he can't do it right now because he's working at the registers and that he's taking care of customers, and I had to point out the fact that I was a customer too because she obviously didn't know that. THEN she replies with they can't do it on weekends because it's too busy, having NO ONE at the registers!!! yet I said that I would wait in line if I have to and she STILL says they can't because it's the holidays and that I should come back Monday (the next day). NOT to mention the day I bought I was told that I could come any time and...
   Read moreI found a very cute purse for a very nice price. The sales associate who helped me was very nice. My daughter spilled her drink on the floor and one of the associates walked by and said "Oh my" as if this was the worst thing that has ever happened. I felt like this was so rude. Another lady came from the back with paper towels and cleaned it up for me. She was so nice and I kept apologizing. She was friendly and told me don't worry about. On this shopping trip, it took someone a very long time to even acknowledge that I was shopping. No one tried to help me or even ask me if I needed help until I was in the store for a while. This has never happened before. The store was busy when I walked in, but cleared out and still no one bothered to see if I needed help until later. This time wasn't the best experience.
