My wife and I came to this particular location from a very serious issue we were having with an engagement ring that was split on the band. We have been dealing with this situation for months and months and my wife has been through our engagement without a ring for 75% of that period. We were being pushed around everywhere month after month trying to get this resolved and then we came across Reggie at the Grand Prairie outlets. He gave us so much hope and support in this situation and was the only person who was honest with us and was actually whole heartedly wanting to help us. He brought light in our situation and did EVERYTHING in his power to make things right for us, even if it was taking time outside of work to get it resolved. Reggie has not only been one of the best people weâve came across through this whole process but he has been such a huge blessing to me and my wifeâs life in assuring we had a ring before our wedding. And sure enough, he made it happen. I would ONLY go to this store just to speak to Reggie from his over-the-top customer service he has provided for my wife and I.    Read moreI shopped at Kay Jeweler's in Grand Prairie. To purchase an earrings and necklace set, that was supposed to be there. According to their website. Unfortunately, the one that I saw on the website was not available at this store. But yeah, there was another little set. That contained earrings, necklace, and a ring. Once I decided to purchase this product. The gentleman that I made the purchase from kept insisting that I needed to spend $50 more to buy their "extended warranty".I guess. He told me that if I didn't buy that fifty plus dollar extended warranty, they would not size the ring that I just purchased for my wife. I was absolutely not going to purchase that warranty. (The little set I was $150 anyway), because I felt that it was ridiculous. Since I was already a paying customer, why wouldn't you size a ring that I just purchased at least one time for customer satisfaction? I will not go back to Kay Jeweler's, I learned my lesson. She said we would get lifetime guarantee in case of loss or damage they would fix it or replace it. When we were about to leave she said we could take it every 6 months to get it cleaned for free. Well over 6 months passed and I didnât had the need to go clean it but around 9 months later my diamond fell off. When I go they tell me that I donât have a guarantee because I didnât take it at the 6 month mark like I was supposed to and they refused to fix it and basically told me that we had to purchase another diamond which they couldnât even give me an estimate of it. Then I read the policy and no where it says that my guarantee would be voided if I donât take my ring for the âinspectionâ which the sales person said it was just to clean it.
