Golden Corral Buffet & Grill is located in Grand Prairie off Highway 20 on the verge of Arlington TX serving the community with comforting food for everyone's tastebuds. There are many choices of food to pick from, and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a full salad bar station and a bakery that serves fresh dinner rolls and bakes many sweet desserts such as cookies and cakes.

I have always been a fan of this fine establishment where I get to enjoy quality food with fair prices. I have been here to experience all 3 meals served, and each time I have been here, I have never been disappointed. Dining here is simple as to where you pay up front and grab your drinks and utensils, and find a table. During breakfast, they offer an all-out breakfast experience and more such as an omelet station, a great variety of breakfast meat, starches, and fresh fruit. For lunch, they serve more typical lunch items such as burgers, pot roast, and fried chicken. The dinner items consist of hearty hot meals that are comforting in every way, such as signature sirloin grilled steak, a carving station, meatloaf, and many more dinner favorites.

When dining here, I like to try and get the most protein I can with my favorite sides and salad. After that, go back for a 2nd round and end the meal with some soft serve ice cream. The genuine quality of food is second to none, and the staff does a great job in progressive cooking and keeping the food fully stocked and hot. The servers are always attentive and are glad to refill your drinks and assist in any way.

Overall, this is a great location that serves amazing food, and the staff does a great job in providing service to their patrons. I'm always excited to try different food items here since I absolutely haven't tried everything due to the massive choices they have. I'm looking forward to coming back to eat more delicious food varieties they offer and, of course, carbload my way through the freshly baked dinner rolls with cinnamon honey butter! It's not something I usually do, it's very unusual for it to happen, but this time I can't let it go unnoticed because it was a very unpleasant situation that I had to go through today. I went with my family at approximately 1:30 pm and asked a waitress named Luz Lorena for a chair for my baby, at first she brought it with a bad attitude, I decided to change tables, telling her that there was a bad smell, when I told her that, her annoyance became even more noticeable, but I asked her to help me with my daughter's chair, she followed me and then out of nowhere she left the chair behind and my oldest daughter had to go get it. The other waitress started serving me and I asked her why her colleague hadn't brought the table to me. She didn't know what to answer, I was confused, so I asked to speak to her manager. I explained the situation to her and she told me she would speak to the waitress and not to worry, that Sugey would serve me without a problem. She apologized repeatedly, even saying that maybe she was having a bad day, but that wasn't true, because Luz Lorena passed by several times looking at me and laughing in a mocking and sarcastic way, it was really uncomfortable. With the rest of the diners she was very friendly. I don't know what the difference in attention can be at this place. The really redeeming thing is the food, the location of the place, the attention of Sugey and Mr. Temo. But I do recommend that if you decide to go to eat at the place, you don't be served by that rude, rude, and ill-mannered waitress. This place was horrible! They were nice until they got my money. First, I purchased two adult meals. They offered me alcohol. I purchased a strawberry margarita and was told that they would bring it to my table. They never brought it. The food was awful. The pot roast was very salty. The chicken friend steak was dry and salty. The baked chicken was dry and tasted reheated a couple of times and it was early in the day, therefore this must have been from the day before. I went for seconds on chicken tortilla casserole and I saw the lady moving it from one pan to the next pan and the next pan was full of soap suds all the way through. They proceeded to get upset with me for asking about the soap suds. There were two different employees coughing on the food without covering their mouths. When it was time to leave, I asked for a refund on the strawberry margarita since I never received it. The manager refused to give me a refund. They made the margarita, held it in a freezer and never brought it to me. I understand that you can not take a margarita with you, and it was never brought to me when I was eating. So, I asked for a refund. They refused to refund me. Therefore they stole my money. They charged me for something that I never received yet refused to give my money back. If I could put zero stars, then I would, but in order to give a review, I had to leave at least one star, but they don’t even deserve that.
