If I could give this place more stars I would!!! Beyond happy with my purchase and customer service I received there. Dalton,Rose and Barbara all had a huge part in helping me pick out the engagement for my girl friend which is now my fiance! She is totally in love with the ring we picked out and I do say we because all 3 of them helped through extremely hard choice! I was very indecisive and very hard to please and it took me a few weeks to finally make my choice and the customer service I received from Dalton,Rose and Barbara was just what I needed to make this very difficult and very important decision. They were patient very knowledgeable friendly and I did not feel pressured to buy anything at all they were very understanding that this was a very important decision and the ring I was looking for had to be perfect! I can keep writing much longer that’s how happy I am with my purchase and the customer I received there!!! And my fiancé is beyond happy and in love with the engagement ring they helped pick out. She was so happy when I got down on one knee and pulled out the Jared ring box and blown away with the quality diamond I got for her. They 100% have my business from now on. I would never go anywhere else! Shopping there feels like I’m talking to friends instead of employees just trying to sale me jewelry. I would recommend this store to anybody in need of high quality jewelry and great customer service. The picture I posted does not do justice to this beautiful ring. I came in with two gold rings and was hoping to get assistance in altering the rings, switching the gem stones and ring size. Tacara Lendsey (Manager) assisted me. I explained to her what I wanted to do with the rings and she took them to the back to examine them. When she came back she told me that one ring was 10K and the other one didn't look real to her. At the time I didn't know what to think because it was my first time doing something like this. She explained that at her store they couldn't do the alterations and then she tried to sell me an 14K or 18K ring. I later went to 2 other places to get a second opinion and both places checked the rings in front of me and confirmed that they were 18K and had no issues with the alterations I needed. I'm pretty disappointed with the dishonesty and tactic she used to try and sell me something else. Being a high end name brand store I was surprised that they would try and scam people... Keep in mind that after confirming with 2 other locations that they were 18K I also had the certificate of proof. So it all seemed odd to me but I didn't want to make a fuss at the store when I wasn't sure if I could trust her. There's competition elsewhere and other options so I didn't want to waste my time with her and her store any longer. Either Tacara doesn't know how to do her job and can't recognize metals or she's a scammer who wants to take advantage of...

STOP and pay attention-Every Jared card holder should read this review. Pay close attention to your statements and promotional plans. Make sure that you are not paying for items twice because the plans are not deleted if you return an item. Jared and Comenity Bank are not the brightest in accounting or are just fraudulent in their practices with transactions and promotional plans. I have spoken to countless people at Jared and Comenity to solve the issue and everyone passes the buck and leaves the customer to fin for themselves. I returned an item within 3 days and after a year, the plan remains on my account as a current charge with a payment due date????? These are unacceptable accounting practices and are probably affecting more than myself and going unnoticed. The main issue is lack of customer support and action to resolve this matter without destroying my credit for a mistake that Jared and Comenity bank are unwilling or inadequate to handle for the customer to have a seamless experience. I will pursue this legally because there is no other way to get through to these two entities. I will never use my credit card or purchase anything from Jared, Comenity Bank, or its affiliates..Kay Jewelers, as they all share the same system and non customer...
