Starbucks — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

The drinks are a hit or miss depending on who makes it. If your white it’s like the black staff don’t want you in there, they are rude and act like they don’t want to wait on you. I’ve walked out because of that before. Went in today and the black girl working the cashier register didn’t greet me or smile just took my order, I don’t understand it, you have a job because of your customers if you don’t like your job find another one don’t make your customers feel as if they are bothering you and it wasn’t busy! I don’t get this 🤷‍♀️. The other 2 girls were to be stocking, they were to busy taking and blocked the line, they didn’t bother to Acknowledge the customers either or even offer to get out the way. The white guy was nice, a little slow at making drinks but they tasted good. It would be a nice place to cool off and get a bite to eat if the employees made you feel welcomed. This store has improved very well since they opened. Even when it’s busy they try their best to get the drinks out in time. The employees have gotten better with making drinks and communication skills. I realized that this is a licensed store so they aren’t able to do the same things corporate stores does like rewards and that’s fine, not all Starbucks take rewards. It can get pretty loud in there so when the baristas are hanging out drinks you would have to listen closely because voices are overlapping each other. Also I believe they started something where if you purchase a drink you are able to get a free water. I have sat back and observed the store frequently and it’s 10x better. 😊 keep up...

Worst Starbucks Experience Ever – 1 Star (If I Could Give Zero, I Would)

This Starbucks is an absolute disaster. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here is completely unprofessional and disorganized. Instead of actually working, they were standing around gossiping and chatting while customers were left waiting. The guy at the register had no clue what he was doing—couldn't even take a simple order correctly. It's clear they have no interest in providing any level of service.
