Men's Wearhouse has been a great go-to place for me in building my wardrobe. When I go to department stores, even Macy's, I have to know exactly what I'm looking for as I struggle to get much help from these places. The perk I like so much with Men's Wearhouse is that I can go in, describe my style, what I'm looking for, if I'm willing to try something new, etc and they have always been great in helping me find something perfect. My first experience was in 2016 when I wanted to change my style up and someone was able to find me the perfect set of clothes (I wish I could remember their name to give thanks to!). I also love all the custom options they offer, from shirts that you can pick every detail down to initialing your cuffs to custom suits cut for you.
Christian was a huge help getting my groomsmen and I set up with custom suits, which were the perfect choice for our wedding! We had gone to several stores in hunt for the perfect suits. What won us over for the Men's Wearhouse suits was the combination of the look, quality, price, and the fact that we knew these suits were going to be made just from us. This made me nervous at first since we couldn't see the suits (just a swatch of fabric was all we had to go on) but once they came in, I couldn't have been happier. It helps knowing that they really guarentee these suits, too. If we did not like their fit, we could send them back. It was also fun to be able to allow my groomsmen to pick a few custom parts to their own suits such as the liner without ruining the uniform look.
A great bonus for getting your wedding suits from Men's Wearhouse was (at least at the time) we were able to get a huge discount. Timothy was a huge help for me on that as he spent a few hours helping me pick a full range of things from shoes, to jackets, shirts, casual and more dressy items. One of many experiences I have had here where I could have a conversation about what I like, don't like, and leave the store with many items I'm excited to wear.
Thanks again to Christian, Timothy, and the rest of the Men's...
Read moreTERRIBLE. I'm never one to leave reviews, but my experience here was AWFUL. I had ordered a tux rental months in advance and was informed of the 2 days prior policy. So, I had expected to be able to pick up the tux Thursday for a Saturday wedding. Thursday afternoon I called, and they did not have the tux. The sales associated told me the tux had not yet been shipped from the warehouse, but she would get it over nighted so that we could pick it up Friday morning by 11. We had to change our travel plans to accommodate this delay. Friday at 11 I had not been contacted so I called and this sales associated notified me that they still did not have the tux, and that it had never been shipped, but they would find away to get it to us as soon as possible. After several hours, nobody contacted me...I called the store twice, no answer. I finally got a hold of somebody at the corporate office, who said our only option was to have the tux express shipped to the nearest location to be picked up Saturday, the morning of the wedding. Talk about stress!!!! During the conversation, the corporate customer services consultant informed me that neither of the sales associated as this location had any notes or made any phone calls to make sure the tux was shipped. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. So, tomorrow I now have to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the tux the morning of the wedding. With that, 5 out of the 9 tuxes that have been sent for this bridal party have been 2 sizes off. I'm praying the tux will fit, and am shocked at the lack of assistance from this company. We have now changed travel plans twice to accommodate to the delay in this tux. The only positive thing I have to say, is the corporate customer services consultant was extremely helpful and did not charge us for the suit. I will never be using this business, and if you want a stress free wedding, I suggest you look else...
Read moreCalled about my suit 3 days after I was told it would be there because I never received a call from MW. Upon calling was told it wasn’t there, once I arrived to the store the same associate tried to usher me out the door handing my suit and saying have a good day before even bothering to check if it was ready or if I needed anything else (it was not, pants still needed to be hemmed). After requesting to speak with a manager the store manager addressed me and asked if there was something I’d like to speak to him about as if he had no information on the situation after I informed the other CSR of the issue. He simply made excuses for the workers and the actions the store, citing that the one store attendant is still in high school as if that was supposed to me feel better and went on to say that what happened was simply a result of logistics issues like that was supposed to make me feel better as well; Brad interjected after every point I made with a reason that issue happened. I’m not sure about anyone else but I don’t care why the issue happened, I would like to know that you’ve got it taken care of and it won’t happen again; not an excuse for a series of errors. Store manager Brad then did remove the hem fee and although that was a nice gesture, 20$ was not what I was looking for. An honest apology and a promise that something like this would never happen again would have gone much farther and honestly, had it been handled well by Brad I would have returned in the future. I can only feel like Brad saw what he thought was a young and not wealthy individual and felt dismissing a 20$ charge would remedy the problem. Its safe to say I will never shop at men’s wearhouse again and I will spend my thousands of dollars on...
