We ordered food at this location through the drive thru. When we arrived home I noticed that the soda I ordered taste like water (just an issue with changing the syrup) but the bigger issue was that my beef mini quesadilla had blood on the outside of the quesadilla. BLOOD! To me that means, not only did they prepare my food without gloves but someone that prepared my food was bleeding. I went back up to the location to make the manager aware of the issue but also to receive a refund for my purchase. The manager (I would assume shift manager at 9:38pm on 7/24/2016) informed me that I was mistaken and that she was not allowed to issue a refund for the products that had the issue. Please keep in mind that this was a total of 3.00 plus tax. Instead she informed me I would have to contact corporate in order to retrieve a refund. I was shocked and confirmed that I was seeking a refund. Se insisted she couldn't issue a refund. When I asked for her name so I would be able to write a complaint she refused to give me her name and told me to leave. Not only did someone's bodily fluid end up on my food, but the manager informed me she would not be able to refund the horrible product and refused to give me her name (which tells me that she knows the company was in the wrong). I stayed to speak with the police in order to figure out what I had the right to do in order to correct the issue. I will be going to the health department tomorrow in order to have a stern conversation about this Taco Bell. It is unfortunate they weren't able to resolve this issue and I don't know that I can ever go back to a Taco Bell restaurant or a YUM Brand location because of the lack of health training and complaint resolution. It was a Hispanic women working that night and by the attitude I received I would assume this is not the first issue a customer has had with her. I have pictures of the blood in my quesadilla and will be submitting this for further issues regarding...
Read moreWent here for a quick bite to eat and had one of the worse fast food experiences...ever. Pulled up at the drive through, there were 4 cars in front of me. Shouldn't have taken too long, 20 mins later still in line. Finally got to order. The guy working the drive thru had a serious attitude, very rude and disrespectful. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted and I'm very well spoken at least that's what I've been told. Ordered 2 quesadilla meals with an extra taco and an order of cinnamon twist, easy enough you would think. Decided to pull forward and check my meals, glad I did. One of the tacos and the cinnamon twist were missing, went inside with bag and receipt to ask for missing items. Had to go in twice because they only put the cinnamon twist in the first round. Multiple guys walking around with their pants sagging below their butts, the person who was supposed to be working behind the counter was sitting on the counter. Pretty unprofessional. You can tell that nobody here cares about doing a good or even a decent job. This was very noticeable when I arrived home. Quesadillas looked like they were made by a 3 yr old, tacos were soggy and I now have enough sauce to last me a yr. Definitely won't be going back. A waste of...
Read moreNo more Mexican pizzas! I won't be back! Maybe not even if they being them back!
Update! Mexican pizza is now the only classic thing they have left besides tacos and burritos bean and supreme! This new double decker taco is gross. A complete waste of money, I can't believe they've gotten so lame. This Taco Bell on red bridge road has got to be THE WORST TRACK BELL IN THE NATION!!! THE. WORST. No wonder the drive-thru at McDonald's was packed while at taco bell there was no one in line or at the window or even inside eating. Can't they see they're destroying taco bell with these stupid menu changes that nobody wants! Meximelt-gone. Mini chicken quesadilla- gone. Chili cheese burrito- gone. Double decker taco- gone and replaced with a lookalike that's filled only with half a teaspoon of beef and a 1/4 cup of those red and purple and yellow crispy strips that they add to rip you off. They even tried to get rid of the Mexican pizza! Someone is clearly doing their best to run TB into the grave next to...
