Bug a Boo-tique — Local services in Grants Pass

All but one time that I have been in this store, there is either the worker's kids or a friend's kid that has been in the store running around, screaming, throwing tantrums, and one time even broke something. The overall friendliness is terrible, very rarely have I ever received a smile (at least by the women who works Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) when I walked in the door. 95% of the toys are dirty and expensive. You would think that a business would wash their merchandise (especially if it's gross) before they sell it. Now, one of the biggest reasons that led me to write a review is... I took a lot of clothes down to get in-store credit, everything was neatly folded and organized by sizes in different bags and when I got them back 10 minutes later after they were looked through, the clothes were just shoved in the bags, no longer organized by size, not a single item was folded, and outfits that were nicely together were strung throughout the bag. The clothes she did choose was quickly removed from the counter as I was trying to see what was taken. I found that highly suspicious. The prices of things are not that great. Most of the time, I can buy it brand new for just a few more dollars. I have received better pricing from other second hand stores and friendlier service. Very...

Jessica goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in her store! She takes the time to help you find what you need Jessica does so much for her community as she makes genuine connections with her costumers. As soon as you walk in you find will Jessica with a warm smile asking you how how you are and how she can help you find what you might be looking for. The newly remodeled play area is absolutely amazing! My kiddo loves spending time sliding while I can shop for cute clothes! Everything is always organized and so clean and easy to find! I love that I can bring in clothes that my son outgrew and know they will be available at a great price for other kiddos! I highly recommend you stop in and experience this beautiful store! I wish I could’ve given a better star review. I’ve only been here once but overall the store is messy/cluttered, it was hard to look at some things without nearly falling over things on the floor. On top of that, the prices for used baby clothes alone are pretty high, at an average of $4 a piece. I’ve been to much nicer kids used clothing stores and bought similar items for half the price. I would absolutely buy baby clothes here if they weren’t sold at such a high price. I did end up buying a couple non clothing items that weren’t priced bad. But it’s definitely not somewhere I would come back to shop on a regular...
