She steps in and fixes issues, whether it’s with products or staff, and that kind of leadership keeps the place running smooth, and if you see the tall guy with the long hair ask him anything. Bad business dealings better make sure that all your pods work before you leave their store with your pen because they won't even do an exchange on their malfunctioning products, it wasn't much money but all three of my pods didn't work and I was told it was an issue with the pen, instead of exchanging them even, when my pen was working just fine to begin with. So to me it's the product. It's too bad we didn't have a no star rating but you have to put something and the customer service stinks also, employee stood with arms folded and showed little interest in my problem. I am very appalled at the fact that when bringing a situation to management here in the shop you are instantly denied any help whatsoever, a defected product not once but twice now and the most recent disposable we purchased was most likely damaged when an employee threw my husbands device across the counter to the other employee who checked us out, And I will specify that they claim to have customers try them in store and in fact that does not happen every time although it's supposed to be a policy!! We will never spend our money here again I highly recommend...
