GNC — Local services in Grants Pass

I had an amazing experience at the GNC in Grants Pass! The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and positive energy. The store is well-organized, and the team made it easy to navigate through their wide range of products. I especially appreciated how the employees took the time to answer all my questions and recommend supplements that truly suited my fitness goals.

Went into GNC There was a customer that was unhappy with a product she was returning. The manager came from the back took over the unhappy customers problem with grace. She took over and turned the situation around with peace and love and laughter. Weird. I’ve had help from her before. And I honestly only go in if she’s there. The unhappy customer was a female. She hugged the manager I think it’s Jenel. And thanked her for her help. I watched with my husband and thought. This store is in a ghetto area with tons of homeless yet the manager makes people want to come in when she’s there Love this GNC for the fact they have the best manager they’ve had yet. I'm actually Bill Hoskins, not P.L.....that's my wife. Been doing biz in your store for a few yrs. Good help is hit and miss. Today was a definite miss. I spend aprox 100 bucks a month in your store but that will no longer be the case after today's experience. Out of product that I buy every month and wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in and looked for my product. Was in the store long enough to know u were out on the shelf, but was never asked if I needed help finding something. U have lost my business permanently and since I work in a local grocery store I will no longer tout your store or product like I have to many in the past. I will be ordering online or waiting till...
