I just had the worst experience at KFC in Grants Pass, OR. My son had just got out of surgery and we were in a hurry to get home, before his pain meds wore off. His favorite food is KFC, so I decided to try the app, thinking it was quicker. The time listed for it to be ready was 7:25 pm. It was not ready at that time. The kid at the drive up asked me nicely to please pull to the other side and come into the restaurant. I explained that I did not want to come in because I didn't want to leave my kiddo alone. The kid asked the manager if they could bring it out to us, and the manager said no. I joked with him saying that I'd need something free for my trouble. I did as requested, and waited another 10 minutes inside the restaurant. No one acknowledged me standing at the counter until the food was done. I asked the manager why there is a big sign, like 3 feet tall, in the lobby saying, "Mobile Orders....just ask and we'll bring your order to you." He said that they only bring the food to that sign. I told him that I was going to need his name so I could talk with corporate about this. He said, "It's Garland...it says right here on my hat." There was nothing on his hat but the KFC logo. He sarcastically told me to have a nice day and walked away. I then proceeded to check my order to see if they got that right. Nope. It was missing the fries. Garland offered no apology, he didn't try to make things right in any way. This guy just lost you a customer who used to come in at least 3 times a week. He should not be working with the public with his horrible attitude. How do you plan on staying in business employing...
Read moreI was headed for work, just needed to grab something for my lunch later… trying to order a 3 piece with biscuit. They asked what do I want to drink? I said nothing. Just chicken n biscuit. He said ok, but it automatically comes with a drink. Again I said I don’t need one. He said he cannot remove price of drink. I asked how do I just order chicken n biscuit? He said you can’t. You MUST pay for the combo. I then asked so, I would have to order individual pieces? And he never answered at all. I finally drove away.

Read moreUsually decent food and good customer service. This time was different. Complaining staff that they are very busy and slamming food/products down on the counters. At my point of view they were at a good work pace for the amount of customers. Counted 6 cars at the drive through and 8 in store customers at the busiest. Food was of poor quality, hard dry nuggets. Didn't want to complain as the gal had a gruff aditude when I asked for fry sauce saying she hasn't had time to replenish them. This is where more of the slamming of product comes in. She slammed the box on the counter upon retrieving them from the back room. Unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door.
