Being raised in Grants Pass, I've been a huge customer of Dutch Bros for a long time, and I always will be! Between their growing list of beverages (especially the deliciously flavored coffees), breakfast and snack food items, and their superb customer service, how can you not be a fan of them? Even with long lines, the wait time is kept relatively short with their "runners" that take your order and payment before you even reach the window, making it a smooth and friendly experience. I have been to many Dutch Bros Coffee locations throughout the years, and even though I do not like their coffee much (it's okay and does the job when required, I drink it straight black), the employees and hyper focus on customer service is something other companies would do well in modeling themselves after. Every location in Oregon and Northern California that I've been to is the same, really amazing customer service with employees who genuinely appear to be glad to provide you with outstanding customer service. Best coffee ever and I don't care where you go!! I always order White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha but once in a while I will order a Cocomo. They are the only coffee shop that can easily make a White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha perfectly without making it too sweet. Love Dutch Bros. They treat their customers like they are human... asking you "how has your day been"? Or " what has your day been like today? I hope you had a great day"! Something people like to hear whether they have had a great day or a bad day. It's also awesome to see a smiling face either at the end or the beginning of your day. Thank God for Dutch Bros....
