I go in every day and pick up a few items. Their system malfunctioned and froze the first time, then it charged my account twice but the cashier, with an huge attitude, told me it was declined. I showed her my account that clearly showed it pending TWICE and she not only refused the sale but argued with me about it. She finally called a manager, who first asked what I was buying. Does that even matter?? It was the stores system that hijacked MY money and the managers answer was to wait until morning and see if it's returned. How the hell does that make sense? Your store has, in essence, STOLEN my money, since I can't go anywhere else because it's holding my money hostage. They'd rather lose an EVERY DAY customer than to make it right and work with me. The nihht working guy even verified that im there, literally, every damned day, not anymore after this. Over 15.98. I used to encourage people to go there, never again. All 3 of us going for beer to close the night out. The 2 customers in front of me purchase beer no problem. As soon as it gets to me(the one African American in line)They say it's too late, and I am unable to make my purchase. Tells me that 2am is the cutoff time for purchasing beer. But in the same breathe lets both customers in front of me purchase beer, 5min before 2:30am. Why were they able to make a purchase? Why was I the only one unable to make the same purchase, as the other 2 customers??? I have never been treated this way, or had to deal with racism. Read moreI love ALL the employees at this location, EXCEPT for the morning cashier who's name is Lolly (short for something) I go in there daily...unfortunately because it's on my way to work. She is incredibly rude, has REPEATEDLY over charged me for deli items, never smiles or says anything nice to anyone. Gets an attitude when questioned about the costs on the deli tag, versus the price she charged me. Just the WORST customer service I've ever encountered locally. Everytime I go in there, I'm honestly shocked she still has a job there. I've complained to the other employees about her, and they've all stated that plenty of people complain about her daily. Fire the B! I'm seriously going to start going elsewhere because she consistently ruins my morning mojo with her...
