When I arrived nobody was even inside the trailer thing. I waited like 5 mins until the girl walked in but even after saying hi at the counter I waited 5 more minutes for her to respond to me being there. She was very nonchalant about it all and hardly said anything other than "here" and went back to doing something else. There wasn't even a line. I've come here once before and had good quick service but it was because the guy was here. The food wasn't even that good and lacking sauce! When the guy—possibly the owner—is working, everything is great. The service is prompt, and the boba is consistently fresh and tender. However, when the younger girl is working, the experience is very different. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen her doing makeup in her car right up until her break ends, even while customers are waiting. The store opens late and feels unprepared. Most importantly, the boba quality drops significantly—it’s often undercooked with a hard center, making it inedible. For a $7 drink, quality should be consistent. Passing through Grands Pass, we stopped and got fuel. While we waited for the fuel we walked over and ordered 2 drinks and 4 churos. One person in front of us that ordered 2 drinks and 3 food items. I waited 30 mins for our 2 drinks and then she forgot out churos. It took another 15 mins... everything tasted great, but definitely not...
