Cute expensive clothes but beware of return policy. You can’t return anything and get a refund. It’s against their policy unfortunately.
I bought a gift for my mom and she didn’t like it, so I went 7 days later— within their 10 day return window (which is an inconvenient and very short working window to come back especially for a working woman) and the lady says I can’t get my money back.
She said I can only get a store credit to use within 30 days- or find something right then and there to exchange it with. She told me the day I bought the gift that I can come within 10 days of purchase to return it. So I made sure to do that in order to get my money back.
I proceeded to get the store credit- yet again I am forced to use it within 30 days or it’s just gone. It’s also a paper receipt that can easily get lost. It’d be nice to have a credit that’s digital and can be doing via email or in their SHOP app that they correlate with. I like that they updated to digital with shop for purchase receipts.
I feel control from them over my money and don’t feel free to shop for gifts there. What’s the point of a gift receipt? It is an ultimately ridiculous policy set in place. At other clothing stores it’s 30 day return policy and you get your money back. Or even 90 days. Look at Macys. Kohls. Anywhere else.
It seems to be more about the collection of Money than it is customer satisfaction first.
Very disappointed. Again, cute clothes here and there, but make sure you are shopping with the person you want to buy for or shop elsewhere.
I hope you guys change your policy as I see other reviewers address the same issues.
Another frustrating thing, is that you offered exchange or store credit for the other reviewer that returned after 11 days (outside your policy window) which is absolutely not fair. Give me my money back within the ten days...
Read moreMy husband and I have supported our local shops in Grants Pass even though shopping on line would be cheaper. It has been routine that my husband buys me a $100 gift certificate for X-mas, birthday and Valentine’s Day from Rita’s. Today I stopped by to shop with my gift certificate only to find out that the new owner’s would not honor my gift certificate of $100. I was offered a 50% discount for my $100. Take it or leave it. I objected, but had to leave with $20 shirt with a price tag of $36 and my gift certificate now only worth $14. I was informed that the new owners are a LLC and therefore are not liable for the prior owner liabilities.(My $100) Customer service can make you...
Read moreI have shopped here for the past 8 years, through ownership changes and more. Very disappointed with the quality of the past 2 purchases I’ve made.
I purchased a blouse for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. After ONE wear multiple seams came unraveled. I encouraged her to stop in to exchange or return the item because it was purchased 12 days prior. She left in near tears and said the salesperson would not accept the item, and on top of that was unkind. No one is mean to my mom :(
I can understand sticking to an exchange or return policy but the quality of the items from the boutique are very inconsistent. It would have been nice to see an exception made for a $50 shirt that’s...
