I went in here with my Dad, but was only browsing myself. They were very nice and helpful for my dad, but I started to walk back out through the main doors to look for a weekly flyer and was unexpectedly stopped by an employee standing by the door. She told me that I had to go out through the registers, but had a very rude attitude about it. I told her I just wanted to see a flyer to check for any sales & I assumed that they would have them by the entrance. I thought I would make sure we didn't miss any awesome sales/discounts while my dad was waiting in line. When she (the employee) stopped me I said, "oh, I don't have any merchandise, I was looking for a flyer.." as she looked at me like I asked for a floopendoorf or an axenbliff. I said .."the weekly ad..."... "The advertisement paper".. trying not to laugh, get irritated, or be rude. Finally, she said "Oh, we don't have those. They send them to you in the mail." Kinda a bad policy considering I've never gotten one in the mail. Lol... I just said ok and walked outside- wading through bunch of people at the registers rather than being able to get out the main doors. Ridiculous. Only reason for three stars is because they actually honored the advertisement for my dad for a game camera, even though it rang up wrong and he had to wait for a manager.

But when we went up to the register, we waited... and waited... until it became obvious that the customer in front of us was doing some sort of ridiculously complicated return, requiring no less than three cashiers to complete, and we moved to another line. This cashier stopped in the middle of the transaction she was working on to swap with one of the three doing the return, thereby requiring more time to log in and set up. It took me 5 minutes to find what I needed, and 20 minutes to check out. I'm normally pretty patient, but when everyone else is getting out before me because I chose the wrong line twice, it gets a little frustrating. I was calling to express concern over the large purchase, I wasn't requesting a refund or credit. Sarah was very rude in listening to my concern. When I said that I'd leave a review she very passive-aggressively said," that's fine". I do not recommend this store.
