I am currently at the airport on June 29, 2025 and mobile ordered drinks for my family at the Starbucks at DFW airport E38 and walked to get my order from my gate. Got my 3 drinks and my daughter tried her matcha and said it tasted bitter when she ordered it with vanilla sweat cream foam. I got my ordered and the young lady (whom I now know as Zoey) ignores my thank you’s for our drinks. I let it go and continued on my way back. Because my daughter stated the drink was bitter. I took it back and spoke to Zoey very nicely and told her my daughter said the drink was bitter and that we had ordered sweet cream foam Zoey snapped at me with an attitude and told me to look at the drink that she did put in sweat cream foam and went on to to say with an attitude she made the drink herself and knows she put sweat cream rolling her eyes and talking to me in a condescending tone. She then grabbed the drink and just poured a ton of sweat cream into the cup instead of remaking it as if she doesn’t know her policy as a Starbucks employee. I asked for a supervisor and explained to her the situation at how she was rude when I initially came and even more rude when I came back. The supervisor was very understanding and apologized for her behavior and would talk to her. While talking to the supervisor Zoey was slamming cupboards in the background very rudely. Her behavior is unacceptable as an front facing employee who is assisting customers with their orders. I understand people have bad days but taking it out on customers is bratty and entitled behavior and she needs to take a course on emotional intelligence. I appreciate the supervisor hearing me out and hope this young lady understand that her behavior will not be tolerated and unacceptable is a customer service...
Read moreArrived at DFW today 10/4/2023 around 1pm at gate E something. Saw a Starbucks close by. Went in and my order was taking by a black American girl with long braided hair and had a piercing on her face. I ordered 3 Venti drinks. I clearly told her the drinks size twice. She said she got it. Two of the ice espressos came out in a tall cup and one paradise drink came out in an Venti. And I said " excuse me, i had asked for venti size for both of the ice espresso". This is the same girl that took my order. She then flat out saying that I did not told her the size and I said I did. ( Been drinking Starbucks everyday since I was 16 and always get the same drink in venti cup) She yelled back and told me that I did not. So basically she made me a liar. She then took the tall ice espresso and dumped it in a venti cup with an attitude and told her coworker that I didn't ask for cup size but told her i did. Such an embarrassment that everyone looked at me like I was lying. I can't believe that she even got a job there or anywhere with that kind of attitude, rudeness and poor customer service. My husband and I drink Starbucks everyday and this is my first time got treated so poorly today....
Read moreI had an early morning flight, this Starbucks was opened so I was able to get a breakfast before my travels. A barista, which I did not know who it was that doodled or get his or her name, doodle a little Snoopy with hearts on my cup, it warmed my heart because snoopy reminds me of special person, my Husband, who I miss as we live in different states at the moment. My favorite number is 3 and there were three little hearts, which I also write next to words when I journal and one of the I’s in my name. Thank you to the barista who doodled the Snoopy, reminding me that this season is much worth the move!!, a small act, even a scribble can make an impact on someone…❤️ (Snoopy has a brother named Spike, my Husbands favorite character.)
