Saks OFF 5TH — Local services in Grapevine

This is a great place to buy high quality items at a discount compared to their parent store, Saks 5th Ave. Pretty much anything you can find at any upper end department store, you can find here. This store is very similar to their competition, Last Call (Neiman Marcus’ discounted location a few stores down from this one). Both stores offer a lot of things of similar quality and discount without too much overlap between the two. Keep an eye out for “extra” discounts, as both stores have frequent sales for extra savings. Just be aware that the “sale on sale” items are not refundable/exchangeable at either location.

UPDATE: I subtracted a star because this is the second time I have attempted to shop here and they were closed despite their business hours...

LOVE this location. Please keep up the great work. This is one of the few clothing stores in the mall that treats their clients really well. I get respectful service every time I shop here & that's what keeps me coming back in addition to the great deals on men's clothing. Every staff member who I've interacted with at this location has been friendly and cool with good personality. I was treated like absolute dirt at a different clothing outlet in the mall (the name of the store starts with an 'N') then went to Saks, bought a suit, and had a great experience. Please keep up the great work, don't get too content, keep treating your clients like VIPs and I'll remain...

Good deals here as it's a Saks 5th Avenue outlet. Parking is normally full as it's located in Grapevine Mills Mall. Customer service is not great based on what you would expect. They are normally always busy due to outlet sales and prices. If you have an American Express platinum credit card you can normally get 50 dollars credit off your purchase once from January to June of the year and then another 50 dollar credit from July to December of that year.
