I've grown up in the jewelry industry and experienced the rudest customer service at this shop. I wanted to feel the convenience of going to a jewelry supply shop for a project I am doing but today I was made to feel like a totally inconvenients when asked for simply soldier. Was incredibly rude for a simple miscommunication. Was willing to spend more money for more product but denied because it was inconvenient, even though taking a pair of shears and cutting off a bit more soldier is really a simple and easy request when it comes down to it.
