I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter and the venue is beautiful! However, when I made the reservation and paid for the room I was asked a few questions about what I wanted. Including a balloon arch. I paid extra for that which i was more than happy to do (one less thing to put together). When I confirmed everything the day before the event, she once again asked if I wanted the balloon arch I said yes and I said pink and white balloons would be fine. I paid another 50$ the day of to have 30 more minutes to set up (because they allow a 30 minute set up and a 30 minute teardown) While we were setting up the gal that was working the front desk brought up the actual arch to put the balloon’s on. She left it there, a metal white an arch just sitting there, no balloons. So, I went and asked if she was going to add the balloons since the shower was starting soon. She informed me. “ We don’t supply decorations” I paid extra money for a metal arch? She was nice enough to add some white balloons to it for me last minute. The thing that bothers me the most is when the shower was over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. We had until 430 to have everything cleaned up. Which we did. At about 430-440ish however some of the gals were still talking in the hallway visiting, etc. The gal at the front desk notified one of my guests who was helping take stuff downstairs that we needed to leave because they had a prom coming at 5 o’clock. One of my guests! Not me, I did not pay $400 for my guests to be ushered out 10-15minutes after my “time” was up. Especially when they were in the hallway not even the event room. I think booking in 30 min intervals is a bit unrealistic as anything can happen and make things take a bit longer. (And they will charge you if you go over your time limit) I can understand if we were still in the room talking and there was no cleanup done, but that wasn’t the case. Everything was cleaned up. People were just talking about the shower in the hallway. The girl at the front desk went from helpful and super nice to kind of had an attitude after the balloon arch conversation. At the end of the day, the venue is beautiful. But I would be cautious when booking. Make sure that you know everything that they offer and what they don’t. And a half hour to set up and half hour to tear down is not enough time for most events, So then you have to pay $50 for every half hour extra that you want. Which I did for our set up time. I probably wouldn’t book this space again. It’s pretty expensive for what...
Read moreWe rented the upstairs room for my daughter's wedding reception. This was a PERFECT venue for the small, intimate event! Downtown views, the historic building is beautifully updated and well appointed. We had about 45 people, the space was great! The team at Haute Hive truly made it a low-stress day. They had all the tables set up when we arrived, and handled tear down. All we needed to do was remove our belongings from the space and they took care of the rest! The folks that run this facility really are on their A Game in making sure the event space is well equipped with everything you might need and more to host a fantastic event- be it a celebration or business meeting. I am so thankful for their expertise and involvement in making the day extremely special. This is truly a gem in Great Falls- I wouldn't hesitate to book here for any future events...
Read moreI work remotely, and when the wifi went out in my hotel I was looking around for somewhere to quickly get back online and found Haute Hive! I absolutely loved coming and working here in their open work space for the day! I was able to come and get the $25 day pass to work in the space, and jump right back into my work day. The employee at the front desk so friendly and kind and gave me a nice tour of the facility. There is complimentary coffee and tea, and a nice kitchen. Plenty of parking in their lot right across the street. The area is bright, cute, clean, smells very nice, has great wifi, many outlets, and a variety of nice seating to work at! I would...
