My husband and I don’t get to do date nights often. We drove in from out of town even. When we first got there no one greeted us and I noticed the workers talking and complaining about their hours and some other girl quit yada yada… after about 15 mins I walked up to them and asked how this all worked… she explained it briefly and then began to ring us up. Somehow she messed up entering our card info and the total that was suppose to be $60ish went to $452 and she didn’t notice until after she processed it. Without trying to let this ruin our night we calming had her call the manager/owner (whoever) to try and fix it. They tried blaming their new system but assured us it was voided and will be back on our card by the time we left (her words) or the end of day. We painted our items and were done.. we told her nothing is back but we would give it a day etc… our night got cut short bc she just stole $452 from us and we couldn’t even do anything after bc we had no idea when we would get the money back. This was 6 days ago now! We still haven’t got anything. The bank states they never voided it. I finally got to see a screenshot of it saying voided but now we have to file a claim with them from our bank to hopefully get...
Read moreWe had a great time doing ceramics on our date and have been several other times. We were only just notified that our projects were ready via text- all the times before it was via phone call. When I went in to get our project they were in the donation pile because they had sent emails saying it was ready, but it was all going to my junk email. So, the system is not very user friendly. When I asked about it the two girls working were very rude to me saying that I should have know sooner, when I was expecting a phone call and only just received the text a week ago. So there isn’t any reason the projects should have been in the donate pile because I was just notified. Anyways, the fact of the matter is to check up so your projects don’t get donated and you waste money. Also their hours of operation are not working mom friendly for picking up...

Everybody I know who has been there has had a blast, and as the Executive Director of the Lewis & Clark Foundation, we only have to ask for a donation for our annual auction, and they are more than happy...
