Aisling Suites — Hotel in Great Falls

The hotel is more like an AirBnB. No one works on the premises and you receive a code for the door. It is fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but if something goes wrong (which everything seemed to), don’t expect anyone to be fixing it. I came when it was raining and the temperature was 35 degrees. I turned on the heat and it only blew AC. I asked for maintenance to come of which they never did. Next, I had leftovers in the fridge and realized the next day that although plugged in, the fridge is not cold and ruined the leftovers. I then came back on the third night to find the WiFi wasn’t found on my phone or on the TV, of which it runs on. I couldn’t watch Netflix or Amazon Prime and the Tv channels were not working. I texted the POC and no one ever came to fix it past my trip. I went without internet for two days. Additionally, I assumed that when I type in the code on my door after I was inside, it locks the door. The code only opens the door. You have to press a separate button only to ensure it locks. I came back one day to the door wide open and I had been gone for 12 hours. I also found a live sprinter in my bed. The team asked me to take out the trash on my own as if their cleaning team’s job wasn’t to do that. I don’t think I would ever stay there again or recommend it to someone unless you are really willing to bootstrap it and wanted to only be there for short term. This is not your typical hotel/suite setup, just want to make that clear! You are emailed check in instructions on the day you check in, which includes a code to get in the building and then your individual room/unit. I was getting in late. I arrived and my code did not work to get in the building. I tried calling and ringing the bell several times with no answer. I ended up having to find another hotel. I did not receive an answer until about an hour or two later, which I was already checked in to a different place. The next day I was able to figure it out and get into my room. The room was fairly clean, but it did have a strange smell, the bathtub could use a good scrubbing. The walls are thin, I could hear people in the unit next to mine as well as everyone coming up and down the hall. Straight TRASH is the description for this place. After making a reservation and them texting us a code we arrive at 10pm only for our code not to work and no one to answer the phone. It wasn’t just us either another person who arrived codes didn’t work either. After driving all day we called around the entire city only for to have to drive another hour and a half to another city for a place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. Especially if you’re planning on...
