Escape the Falls Escape Rooms — Attraction in Great Falls

Worst experience ever ! We had booked a room which $25 for a hour should be a good experience for the lot of people we brought. First off the lady running the room told us to ring the bell if we need help but instead she was talking most of the time telling us what to do coming in and out of the room stomping sounded frustrated with us from the beginning my sister and wife and family we’re taken back by the interruptions. It wasn’t that we didn’t need the help but if we didn’t ring the bell please let us try win or lose. The next part was we weren’t allowed to touch half the room such as walls and many other areas without the older dirty blonde hair gal scolding us through the mic. Then she spent a lot of her time coming into the room telling us don’t touch that don’t do that and I said a code and she got on the mic as well as said what’s the code without us asking we would say it and she would say nope your wrong she did that a lot I brought two new people to this outside the fam and this was the worst experience so much we felt nervous around this lady as her very attitude was so rude and interruptions ruined our game. Not worth the money to be treated stupid.

Also one more thing she told us we were doing the lock wrong then she came in to do it and it still didn’t work her her so maybe don’t scold us when we did it the...

Required knowledge of things not available in the room which I’ve never seen before in an escape room. Also had trouble with a lock malfunctioning and they ran the time the entire time they had it in their lobby opening it up (probably 5-10 min).

Overall themed nicely but (without giving too much away) there was a modern device used in the room that was completely irrelevant to the time era described in the story they used. It was cool but just didn’t make any sense.

Also- sooooooo warm inside the entire space. Hard to concentrate when you’re sweating and there’s zero air movement.

Guy running the front counter was nice! Potential here but some attention needed to certain areas....

This was my first experience with an escape room so I had no idea what I was getting in to. I've gone twice and had a blast both times. Bring a group of friends and some beer and try to figure out the clues to get out. There are several rooms ranging in difficulty and themes. You can sign up individually or rent out a whole room. There are people to help you if you get stuck but they won't give it away. I wish we had a little more time because that hour goes by quick! We may have failed but we still...
