Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Greeley

Went to this store to buy jeans for my young daughter. Accidentally stood in wrong line (returns and exchanges) and zero people were in "purchases line." When I got to front of my line I told employee I had accidentally stood in wrong line and was there any way to purchase the jeans without going back in line. I was told no. So by now the other line was 5 people long. I stood in it. Then I watched as other women who stood in "purchases line" were helped at the register where I was denied. Finally I got to front of "purchases" line. The woman who was supposed to help us next starting helping people in "returns" line instead. Even my young children noticed something weird was going on. Finally another associate helped us. I dont want to assume the worst, so for now I will just say this was awful and rude customer service. Very sad my kids had to witness this. Very...

Every time I visit this store it is dirty and they make you feel like a criminal. Recently when I visited I purchased quite a few things so I ended up with 3 giant bags. The cashier was helping me put them back into the cart as I was checking out. After i was done I had 3 big bags in my cart along with my 1year old. I asked the cashier if I could take the cart outside so I could load everything in my car and she said "no they can't go outside." I told her "then why would you help me load everything into the cart?" She had nothing to say. So the cashier and the greeter watched me struggle to grab my baby the 3 big bags and my diaper bag and then they were still watching me try and get out the door with everything in my hands. Manager was distracted while ringing me up and a shirt with the security tag still on was given to me and the alarm didn't ring when I left the store so I didn't realize it until I got home. I live 30 minutes away and there's construction along the way. When i returned the next day to get the tag off with the shirt and receipt of course the alarm rang and the three employees standing at the front all looked at me like I was stealing it. Turns out the manager didn't even ring the thing up and it made me look even worse.
