This is for the AT&T representatives that work in Target at the Greeley location.
Made allllll of the promises that we would have a wonderful experience and as a result have a more affordable bill. ALL LIES.
The representatives at Target put all of the burden of making sure the account was set up appropriately on the customer and do not make themselves available to āmake it rightā.
AT&T Target does not communicate with AT&T, their systems do not touch. In this case I was billed $694 on one occasion and $107 on another. I started making phone calls and this is how I found out that none of them are on the same page. I called the hotline on the paper the representative gave me and the AT&T agent asked me for the promotion code, which was not provided to me at the time of switchover. This entire process took about 4 hours in store, then I spoke with an agent for 2 hours about two weeks ago and another agent today for about an hour. In the end, AT&T could not help to resolve the bill. I would be committing to a $600 bill when my bill was promised to be $226 ($206/month + $19.99 for Allstate insurance). But those prices could not be honored without a code. I reached out to the AT&T Target representative and she left me on delivered without responding to me. I feel like a month is ample time to get back to your customer, when you made the promise to be available if there were any issues.
I couldnāt go back to T-Mobile because I signed a contract and would owe at least $5K for all devices. You see⦠somehow AT&T had the contract I signed but they didnāt have the contract I signed for the promotion I should have been on. Despite my efforts to return the devices, I was outside of the 14 day window to return them. Had I known my promotion with AT&T was going to be an issue, I wouldnāt have accepted the devices. But I didnāt find out there would be an issue until the billing cycles started coming in. Iāve spoken to many AT&T representatives and their customer service is not at all where it should be. Not one representative could honor the promotion I signed for. Save yourself the headache!
In the end, I took a risk and it was too good to be true and now I know why. Donāt waste your time, Iām telling you. I really wanted this to work which is why I took the risk and it was just a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like the products even though they could easily cost ever so slightly less (and still cost more than Walmart). I love that when I go to the kids section it's JUST "kids." It's not sorted into "boys" and "girls." Clothes, haircuts, colors, toys, games, etc are not sex or gender specific.
However, I am disabled and using the accessibility scooter is almost just as painful as actually trying to walk with my messed up body. Store is crowded if you consider room for these. For everyone else there may be enough room but I embarrassed myself so many times running into things. š¤¬š©
A few clerks just looked at me with pity. Some people stared like I was just an idiot playing around (I'm thin, under 30 but easily look under 18. I do not look disabled at first glance. I don't always need to use the scooters, either! Some days I can walk around a store just fine! Other days, there's no way. Somebody else has to do the shopping. I did try to move stuff to compensate for me and scooter. And even move some things back. But other customers rushed to do it instead, almost pissed?? At me simply just trying to get around?). Felt very awkward and embarrassed. I wouldn't have been able to go shopping w/ my child without the accessibility scooter. But I drew a lot of attention to myself, and the lack of room to maneuver almost drove me to tears of frustration. Maybe I should just stick to online...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAwful customer service. I went to pickup an order and I always walk up the side of the counter that says order pickup/registry. The other side is for returns. It says it in giant lettering on the wall. I was ignored for over 20 minutes while 3 employees did returns for other customers.
I was thinking maybe I was in the wrong spot, but I always pickup my orders in the spot where I was standing, so I asked one of the women at the registers if I could get some help, and she rudely told me I had to get in the back of the line. The line was super long, and was slowly moving because people were just doing returns, and it had tripled in size while I was waiting. I had obviously been standing here for a really long time with no one acknowledging me and just acting like I didnāt exist.
I went to the back of the line and when I finally got to the front and could get my order, a whole hour had already passed. The young woman who was supposed to be helping me was extremely disrespectful, she did not say anything to me, only scanned my barcode and stormed off. Then she shoved my bag into my hands and walked away saying nothing.
I donāt really see the point in hiring people who make your store feel like a dump. I have shopped at this Target for years and Iāve just started...
