Buckle — Local services in Greeley

I’m truly baffled by the stellar reviews on this page. These must be friends, employees or paid reviewers, or simply people who lucked out with this particular location.

The one and only time I went out of my way to come shop at this store and I walk into 3 sales clerks playing dress up and catching up on their personal social media. Please understand, I did try to take it with a sigh of relief that I wasn’t being bombarded with high pressure sales staff. After a few minutes of wandering with an item in my hand a lady (Yvette) came from the back of the store to ask if I needed help... I thought my mind was blown with the disconsideration from the 3 girls already but as I started to shop and request sizes, there was a point that we had asked Jordan for help finding my size in a top.... Jordan went wondering over into the men’s department to double and triple check her phone and came back to tell us “they were all out of that top”. To bad that there were at least 6 of them on the table at the front door that I personally found. By then, my jaw is dropped and I’m requesting a manager, but no manager was available in store. I was told Jordan would be next in line because she is a “Lead” and “Keyholder”. ... Okay, that’s not going to work for me! Who’s the District Manager? Jody, from the Loveland store. I called over there while I was still in the store and was told she would call me the following day. Guess what? Glad I didn’t hold my breath on that one either. I will say that after I left the store, a lady whom she stated was management called me. She stated that she had “Visual” there taking photos and they were doing “Inventory”. She was very passive.

Not sure how the sales are there, but I’m sure there is no record breaking especially considering there was only two other gentlemen that were in there besides me and they left within minutes.

If there was a way to give each individual employee a star rating... Yvette you would get 4.5 (the missing .5 is because you should have confronted those girls laziness)! As for Jordon and the other two girls, you’re in the negative... Social media on personal cell phones should NOT come before customer while you are “working”. Oh, and you really need to learn...

This Buckle is the worst one I’ve been to yet. All the girls who work here are rude and do not care to help. When I first walk in the store, I am greeted with these girls standing at the front of the store and looking me up and down. No one says hello or speaks a word to me, instead they look at me and go back to their conversation. As I walk through the store, I realize all the employees are standing at the front talking to one another very loudly and don’t want to do their jobs. When I was reaching the end of my trip, I was looking through a section of clothes when an employee came up behind me and shoved me to walk past. She said nothing and kept going to join the rest of her workers at the front. At that point I ended up leaving and bought nothing I wanted as I felt disrespected and not important enough to these girls to be helped. When I walked out, none of them said anything and they continued talking and laughing. I love Buckle, but will not be returning to this location as I am a 21 year old girl in college and felt very uncomfortable by these girls who...

I used to buy here consistently until I came across an associate here who bought the last pair of white tall boots I was about to try on. When I asked to try them on , the associate at buckle told me her coworker had already got them and took them off the shelf. The associate who got them off the shelf waited to purchase them or hold them until she seen a customer (myself) show interest in buying them. This occurred in December of 2022. I never went back since and I’ve never seen a store allow their associate purchase items before the consumer. All I felt were stares from every associate when I left without purchasing nothing.
