Awful customer service!!!!!!! I had internet and cell phone service. A year ago I cancel my cell phone and kept the internet. I cancelled because they didn’t care to upgrade my service even though I had issues with the internet on my phone and an upgrade was needed. I wanted the latest iPhone even though I had no contract they prefer for me to leave to another company who was willing to trade my iPhone for the latest for free. This past week my internet contract ended and the discount fall off so I went on my app and I agree to a contract to get my discount back. This was for 300mbps. I just had to come and pick up a modem as it was required. I did but the man who helped me made changes to my account without my consent. He added a landline which I don’t need and he lower my speed to 150mbps. These changes increase the cost total opposite of my goal. I called customer service to report the issue and get it fix. Well they said they couldn’t do it I guess because those changes were still pending he promised to call me Monday to fix it. They didn’t call me. I went to the store to get it fix but the man who was helping me said, that most likely the changes made were probably to lower my bill and it comes with a landline. He said he couldn’t changed it because there was no loyalty discounts to offer and if he removed the landline it will be even more $ a month. I told him he should be able to put what I had before the other guy made those changes. He said his record show my bill is going to be $63, I asked are you sure? And does it include the 300mbps? He said yes. I said I don’t trust you guys anymore do you have a receipt or something to proof that? and he show me the screen, well I told him that on his screen it says the next bill will be $63 but it shows a different plan cost there after and I don’t see it includes 300 mbps anywhere on his screen he said it didn’t show on his screen but I should see it on my phone well I pull it up on my phone and it still showed 150mbps. He didn’t know what to respond so I said just cancel and he said ok. I asked for a receipt and he said I had to return modem to get one, well I went home right away and I a girl help me then and gave me the receipt. I asked the girl who took the modem back to make sure there was no ETF because I’m canceling with i in less than a week of the changes. She said based on her computer there is no ETF charges and final bill should be $11. Unfortunately no one tried to fix their mistake and did not care to show empathy or willing to help. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. This experience makes me think they don’t care for doing at least a good job or they only care for their commission on sale on service regardless of making changes with out clients consent. Read moreXfinity put a little gift tote in my new apartment at west T-Bone. Trying to appeal to over the built in quantum fiber. After an hour on hold and still not being able to transfer service I am currently on hold now with a wait time of three hours. The women working at my new complex said they had an xfinity rep too. So I made appt with xfinity it when I arrived they told me I wasn’t actually in the service area just right on the edge. This is typical for xfinity in general. They will jack up your rates after your plan time expires and charge you for a much higher price without telling you why until you contact them. That’s seedy business . They have automated texts I’m not sure why they can’t use those to save their customers a little time since they already gouge them mercilessly. Also the people working at the xfinity store today were rocking these temporary tattoos on the wire faces like they had been to the fair. When I told the gal about the tote bag she hesitated significantly but still said no service for you pauper! Jk that part didn’t happen but it was the strangest experience I’ve ever had in their store. Normally with an appointment I have to wait 15 before anyone is available. Not so at the geeeley the house was packed. I would take your service elsewhere just in general. Xfinity only adopts more ethical business practices when they have competitors. When they don’t they are greedy like banks creating fees and charges at will whenever they want. Also their provided routers provide absolutely no internet security. And if the crooked cops in NoCo don’t like you like they don’t like me? They just flash their badge and all your private data is theirs. They then use this data to harass and blackmail. I wish I was making this up but seriously in NOCo never trust the police and never trust xfinity. They are a sign of our country’s worship of profit.the reason I don’t like this is because I have a spectrum disorder and these small little charges and tricks are a tax for people like me. An institutionalized economic opression that is all over the place and spreading. I know that sounds extreme but if the people do t stand up to the immense corporate control in this country we could all see a diminishment of our individual rights. Read moreI am only giving a star because you have too, or I would give zero stars. Do NOT go to the Greeley Xfinity store. They hire people who know nothing about the product, and do not know how to help you. We went in yesterday to cancel our phone service, and pay off our phones. The phone service was good, but they could offer no solution for us as far as business internet. We decided to go with another carrier, so we could have business lines, and business internet all in one package. After paying hundreds of dollars to Xfinity to pay off our phones, we have not been able (24 hours later) to get them unlocked. When we paid them off we were given a phone number to call to get them unlocked. Of course it is a call center when they barley speak or understand English. We have called 11 times between yesterday and today. Each time we are given different information; it could take a week, it could take 48 hours, they show them unlocked (NOT), they will escalate to the unlock department which could take an additional 48 hours. Etc, Etc. Now we have phones we paid over $900.00 for yesterday that are useless. We own the phones, but Xfinity is holding them hostage. We need our phones to run our business, and will now have to invest in new phones, if this does not get rectified. I went into the Xfinity store an hour ago, to ask for their help. I was told by the same agent that we paid our money to yesterday, that they can not help, they can only direct you to call their customer service. I then asked to talk to the manager. His name I am not sure of, since his tag said Alexander, but he claims it is Martin. He was the rudest individual I have ever had the opportunity to speak to. He said the same thing as the agent, that they can not help in anyway to get phones unlocked. He had the edacity to ask if I was calling the right number, when I explained I had called 11 times. He belittled me, and made me feel stupid. He had no compassion at all for my predicament. He offered zero help in solving the issue. Basically indicated that he did not care. They have our money, and so now it is our problem. A good manager would have at least offered to call their customer service and speak to someone. Please do not use Greeley Xfinity, they do not deserve to make commission off of you. Go to another store. The product, and pricing is good, the service is the worst I have ever...
