MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Greeley

Well I've been to other mod pizzas in AZ and in foco. I have to say this location is pretty meh. The food, if made right, is pretty good. The service how ever is not the best. My husband and I went in on two different occasions at two different times, keep in mind both times we were the only ones in line and it was nowhere near closing. . The first time we went was a disaster. For starters, I was given incorrect change at the register, twice. Then when our pizzas where done, she dropped mine and had to remake it. Now I can forgive the incorrect change, and the dropping of my pizza, but when they went to remake it, the remade it incorrectly, they forgot three of my toppings. I even offered politely when they were remaking it to tell them of my toppings again but I got a snarky "we got it" and I was handed a free pizza coupon. Then when we went back to use said pizza coupon, the staff had a Chance to redeem them selves. Thankfully the pizzas where made correctly, however the staff was kinda rude. I attempted to mention the previous incident and all they said was "did they give you a free pizza coupon? , then you've been owed".I wasn't trying to get anything else, other then maybe an apology. Also when ever my husband or I said thank you or apologized for ordering the incorrect drink Size, nothing. They just looked at us as if please and thank you courteous words we used were another language. If this is how you treat customers then don't expect people to want to frequent your establishment. Went to MOD pizza today for a work lunch🙌. I have always wanted to come here but just didn't have the time. Anyway, let's start with the process, you walk in, stand in this line where you start to decide on your pizza. There's a wall with the different types to choose from. Kind of overwhelming for your first time but I was excited! Then, you get to where you order and they PREPARE your pizza before your eyes! How COOL 😎! The next area you add your veggies 🍅🫑. I chose pretty much everything since I'm a veggie fanatic 🤤. Then, you order your drink and pay. Afterward, you have to wait about ten minutes and BOOM you pizza is done❗The process is pretty fast. The best part though is the taste! I love love love the pizza there❤. As you can see from my pictures, there is enough meat, cheese and sauce. Flavorful and fresh. I didn't care too much for the mini Greek salad. Now for the restaurant and cleanliness: it was decent for how busy it was. The trash cans were empty and everything was stocked. Very inconsistent. I go here a lot since it's so close to home. I love their pizza but the service is very inconsistent. Almost every time I order my pizza online and go to pick it up at the time stated they haven't even taken my order off the printer. So I have to wait while they make my pizza and then put it in the oven. They are normally very kind and offer me a free drink while I wait. I always select to have my pizza well done and it's about 50/50 that they actually cook it well done with it sometimes even being barely done where I have to throw it on my pizza cooker at home to finish cooking. When done right the pizza is amazing but it's disappointing and frustrating that it's not the normal experience.
