I got the same review for the Bodega, the mellow yellow, and the new lit that just opened by Walmart on 47th because this chain of stores is all owned by the same guy who disperses his staff amongst all 4 stores and carries the same identical product between all the stores. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if you had a handful of staff members who knew what they were selling or were slightly more passionate about the material but from what I've been told, this business owner doesn't give his employees a discount so ultimately how are you supposed to expect your staff to be educated in the products they sell? I went looking for a replacement piece on a hookah and when the guy working asked me if anything in the nectar collector case was what I was looking for I couldn't help but laugh. When I told him, "that's not even in the same realm of drug I'm trying to smoke" he recommended I try mellow yellow, who again might I remind you, carries the exact same inventory. Probably the most unhelpful, uneducated smoke shop chain you could possibly experience. And you can't even get mad at the employees, for being the biggest group of unmotivated college kids and adults who hate their lives when the owner pays them under the table, schedules everyone to work alone, And they can't even get so much as a 20% discount when things are marked up x3 as it is... I went in and the guy working Bănnie (I think is what he said his name was). Didn't know anything about the atomizers and tanks that he was selling and on top of that, one of the the boxes I did end up buying only had 3 atomizers out if the 5 it was supposed to come with. They had a pretty sorry selection of knock off ejuice as well And then at the counter I grabbed 2 what were supposed to be Bic lighters, and they were counterfeit! knockoffs! I noticed after we were already home, i paid close to 50 bucks for 8 atomizers and 2 doller store lighters. All the glass was a little overpriced but the did have a nice looking selection of pipes and rigs and stuff. I can only assume it was of pour quality tho. Went in guy on his phone whole time while I was trying to make a purchase. Usually I go in and the workers are engaging. This guy wasn’t helpful at all. Actually I suggested I go somewhere else for the vape I wanted. I had to leave in a hurry couldnt try to the vape. Got home realized the vape was not in good condition, (burnt coil) I returned to try to exchange it guy said I couldn’t because I already left the shop. Even though I was there 15 min before. I have been there multiple times before and it was never a problem if the vape didn’t work. The other workers there were more than helpful.
