Atlas — Local services in Greeley

While looking for a venue for our wedding we knew a few things. 1) we wanted the ceremony and reception at the same place. 2) we didn't want a church. and 3) we for sure wanted to make sure it was in Greeley.

We got everything that we were looking for and SOO much more with Atlas Theater, Adam and Katie! If you are looking for a place to hold any event this is the place you want it!!

The place it self is beautiful. It has the big red door up front that stands out along with the moral on the side! But the back is what caught our attention the most. The amazing gate and the beautiful labyrinth in the stones. The building is a perfect space for any event.

Before the wedding we already knew how amazing the space was and was already recommending it to anyone who would listen! And we already know that we want to have more events there!

However, not only was the place the most beautiful place, with amazing coffee, but it had Adam and Katie. They are the coordinators. While planning a wedding things get stressful, complicated, and it never goes perfect. With them by our sides we had less stress and it wasn't complicated. During the rehearsal they helped us set things up and made sure that our opinions on how it should look went above any of the others helping us. They also made sure that we had options with whatever we wanted, when it came to our first dance, mine as the brides entrance to the ceremony, and were able to have VIP parking for the grandparents. The day of the wedding I didnt have to worry about anything. I didnt have to worry about if the cake got there, if the food made it, if anything needed to be set last minute. The only thing i had to worry about the day of my wedding was making it on time, but nothing else that most brides have to worry about.

I got married at the Atlas Theater on 9/7/24, and I have to say that the Atlas Theater was just absolutely incredible. They made our day run so smoothly and made us feel like the most special couple in the world.

They set up tables, chairs, linens, ceremony chairs, and even the last few decorations we didn’t get a chance to set up at rehearsal. Everything we asked for, they provided, and they were able to anticipate our needs before we even realized them. They were so professional yet caring to ensure the day went as well as possible.

Let me give a personal shoutout to Adam and Katie who did the hosting and the behind the scenes work that made our day so special. They were absolutely phenomenal, and I really can’t give them enough compliments. A personal touch of the day was when we forgot to tell the videographer the first look and private vows would be offsite and Adam got in his personal vehicle and drove the videographer to the park where we did our vows.

Overall, the venue was beautiful, the features were unique, and the staff was the best cherry on top. My husband’s family had four other weddings this year alone so they got to see many different venues and weddings, and they still gave us so many compliments on the venue, the wedding, and Adam personally.

Working with Katie and Adam at Atlas Theater was the simplest decision we made while planning our wedding! Atlas is a unique and charming venue with a variety of options. We chose to rent their gallery, great room, and outdoor space, and we’re so glad we did! It allowed our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the venue throughout the evening.

If the beautiful space doesn’t completely sell you, let me reassure you that the day-of coordination service provided by Katie and Adam will. We were so grateful for their guidance throughout the planning process, and we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing that they had all of the details under control.

Despite threats of inclement weather, our entire celebration went so smoothly thanks to the Atlas staff. We’ve had numerous compliments on the venue, the pacing of events, and just how much FUN everyone had!

The included day-of coordination and MC/DJing services make using Atlas such a great value. The professionalism of the entire staff provided us with peace throughout our entire planning process. And, their attention to detail is unmatched.
