Mister Money USA — Local services in Greeley

WOW.. Apparently the staff is under qualified to authenticate a shoe lace. I am a Local Business owner in Greeley and Denver some of my contracts are with the City of Greeley,We handle ALL of their Vehicles . My wife and I spend THOUSANDS at the Top Designer Stores in Denver and are known at a first name basis we have a strong professional relationship with them in person and via my wifes youtube Chanel ,we are sent items from all of them and purchase some as well ,I had a few i wanted to sell and Had my son walk in with about 6k in designer purses purchased here in Denver at Lv cherry creek , Gucci of Aspen, YsL AT NORDSTORM , Hermes in Denver only to say they had been imitation. So i called and spoke to the " professional " authentication guru and pretty much figured out they more than likely have ( in my opinion ) FAKE designer items due to the lack of knowledge of the " Guru".. Go find a Consignment store NOT A PAWN SHOP.....but $40 to " Authenticate" LOL...Yeah sure BoB.. Very Disappointing at the lack of training.. oh and ps i had some new rims in a box the girl said they had been flaked ? what ever that meant ,but yeah no they are NEW.. See the receipt ? flew to San Diego ,my wife saw this rare back pack at LV and with out blinking walked in and purchased it. Not every body that walks into a Pawn shop that is Hispanic will try to cheat you out Guys . Little Disappointing they wanted to sell the $40.00 to re-verify , but verbally said they had been Imitations. Yeah No....

UPDATE Yeah a website ? and the back pack looks real because i posted the receipt,but i liked how it "looked" real from a picture LOL .. Again 1st issue Incompetent " Authenticators" 2nd Never offered anything free ( you offered a $40.00 fee to make sure it was real " good way of making a quick $40.00.3rd Its A Pawn Shop .. I should have known better. Again these are purchased at a store not a website just like the receipt shows. Stay away or just get 3 more opinions from another pawn shop if your selling , if buying a bag Id go to a consignment shop not a Pawn Shop. Google them they are a ton...

Where to start! I pawned a gen 4 glock 45 for 250 which is fair, when I pawned the gun the saleman pawnman whatever they are are called , pawned my gun and took my phone number down and email so they could get a hold of me and let me know when my payment is due and other things legal. Well let's just say i never got a notification or email or text from mister money saying my payment was due... I went in today and sold a TV and they said I owed 110 on my gun now which makes sense cause I didn't pay the month of November. I tried to but the weren't willing to take a bigger payment then what was due on a debit card, mind u a debit card cant make a purchase without having the money unlike a credit card. They said I got 2 more weeks before my payment was due, so I waited never got a notification.!.!.! my job is a professional mover so I dont have a set schedule so hard for me to make it in when payment is due that's why I asked for reminder for which I didnt get, I would have made my payment if this mister money keppted their word and sent me a notification to pay but they never did I got the letter in the mail a month late and they didnt want to work with me, what am I supposed to do to get my gun back with such horrible miscommunication, I hope corporate will do something on...

Please please please don't WASTE your time coming to this place. The staff is extremely rude & are no help at all. They are very childish & have no hope in helping you. Seems like they talk negatively about you among other staff member. Unfortunately they seem to only care about their money & not yours. They do not explain the terms & conditions if you're pawning/selling items. The saddest part is, is that they have no customer service & are rude to most that come in. Seems as if they pick & chose unfortunately. The worst part is, is that no matter what you bring in etc. they lowball everything due to the fact they only care about their money. -Sad to say but the staff here are highly unprofessional & inconsiderate to others. Please take your business elsewhere because you will have better luck & receive more respect at any other pawn shop. Literally anywhere else. Please please PLEASE don't waste your time, effort etc. going to this place. It will ruin your entire day just walking into this place. I've heard the same story/run around from several other people. Thankyou for taking the time to read my post. Beware of this business....
