We've been shopping at Bear Necessities Greeley for the past two years. They have always been faithful in keeping the Gambler menthol tobacco 1lb bags and tubes with never any issues. Although, over a month ago when I purchased 2 1lb bags of their Gambler menthol tobacco along with 4 boxes of tubes, they said that they didn't have any bags to carry it in. I live directly behind their store and walk over when I need to buy, so this presented a challenge. I usually also tip the store clerks when they go out of their way to fill my order (like climbing up to higher shelves for my tobacco), and we normally have a great customer client relationship, but when the lady told me that they didn't have any bags for me to carry it in, I politely told her that she lost her $5 tip if she couldn't offer me any option to carry my order in, which I feel was fair. She did seem somewhat offended, telling me that she wasn't "tripping' about it, but I still stood by my decision not to tip her. Well, conveniently since that visit they haven't gotten any of our tobacco in, even after an order came in to the store about a month ago. So, I feel that this is basically telling me that they do not care for my business anymore, which is fine by me. Our money is good anywhere, and since have decided to start reordering our supplies online as we did in the past. I didn't get rude with her, but only stated the obvious. It's too bad that they decided to run their faithful customer of two years off simply because they didn't receive a tip that was at my sole discretion to start...
Read more$186 right into the CORRUPT owners pocket!!!!!! Absolutely terrible, the people who work there WILL try to sell you shotty glass work and will have you feeling as if you just purchased quality glass. I had the piece in my possession for 5 days and on the sixth day I went to change the water (as any regular person would do) and the piece broke in my hands (Literally crumbled in my hand) leaving about an inch gash in my ring finger(4 stitches). I brought the piece back to the shop were i politely told them what had happened and how the piece had broken at a seam(shotty glass work) and there was no way i dropped it. Now, when I went in there I did not demand a refund or store credit i just simply stated to them that the piece broke due to manufactures errors and if they could help me out at all and they told me that i broke it and was trying to rip them off, now after this i calmly again restated my story and the guy behind the counter I guess tried to intimidate me by getting in my face and raising his voice when clearly it could have been dealt with professionally but that's not how they operate if your looking for quality glass i would NOT go here. Please help spread the word these guys need to be held accountable for there terrible glass work i would not want anybody else to have to through what Ive...
Read moreI could not get a refund on a defective product. Their reason was because it was used, however the issue is that it will not charge correctly. It can work, but it sporadically won't work. I tried changing the battery, changing chargers, changing outlets...it is the device! Horrible manager. So incredibly rude. So, basically, I've been robbed of $30.00. Unbelievable! Like I said to the manager, the young man ("a newbie" as she stated) refused to give me a receipt, even after I asked for one! I explained to her that I had swapped the battery. She said, she wouldn't get "her" money back if she refunded me. If a product is defective, the manufacturer is held accountable. I'm too old for games...this is a business, a transaction that was no parties' fault. But, nonetheless, it was a bad business move; unprofessional. Because I'm basically being called a liar! So, no, I wasn't the one refusing anything. I cannot help that defective, sporadic effectiveness of the device is not being...
