OMG! MY MIND IS BLOWN! I live in the UK and I am green with envy that you guys are lucky to have Distortions Unlimited in the states. Today I received my first official Distortions prop bought and shipped directly from Distortions. Wow I finally pulled the trigger on Sunday paid the shipping Monday 19th Feb and today which is Thursday 22nd Feb the bad boy is taking prime stage in my room how is this even possible, again my mind is blown the prop itself is amazing far from the standard tat we get in the UK. The service I have had is 1st first class. Thank you guys I will 100% be a returning customer for the last two years I have been stalking your site thinking one day I will get a piece of halloween gold . Now in real life I know the attention to detail that you guys put into these props is truly remarkable.

These guys are AWESOME! I'm an avid home haunter and DU props are amongst the best in my collection. I have dozens of their props. My graveyard props are almost exclusively DU. I've never been to their shop, but I know the crew there is fantastic as well. They're very accommodating, and have given me personal assistance with purchases whenever needed. Love these guys!

With the demise of previously excellent Gemmy Halloween products, DU is the only other manufacturer that sells good stuff at affordable prices. Yes, they're a little expensive, but 100x better than the stuff at Spirit Halloween. The difference is their stuff is high quality and built to last for many, many years. I can't say enough good things about this company and crew. The talent and workmanship is outstanding!!! Amazing props, and amazing detail so lifelike and most are intimidating to be around, it's a good thing that they are latex and not real which I have to keep reminding myself of... Yes, I do get afraid of monsters, especially monsters in my basement, since that is the only place I can store them. The staff is so friendly and willing to listen to me, which is great from a customer service standpoint. People have to understand that the employee's of Distortions Unlimited have multiple jobs and help where it is needed, they are under a lot of stress when the demand is high. So give them a break!
